iBELL EMINENCE04 Induction Hob, Electric, 7200W, with Boost Function, 9 Level Power Setting, Toughened Glass and Touch Controls (Black)

The media could not be loaded. I bought iBell induction 20yo in the first week of this December. The extended warranty was assured today. It is a little later, but no problem, it is provided surely. The product, in my past 10 experience, is better and also best. I first used Preethi Dial. It was a supreme induction stove, lasted for 4 years with only minor problems. Second I bought Pigeon induction stove. It lasted for only 1.5 years. Then, it died. Thirdly I bought I bought a Preethi Trendy Plus 116. It is costlier when compared to earlier bought induction stoves. Yet it died in just two years. I could not repair it. So fourthly I bought iBell 20yo. Its pros and cons are:Pros:1. On the first day of use, it produced some more fan sound. On the second day, the fan sound fell to normal level. First day sound may be due to new machine parts' fitting issues. Once the parts fit well, the sound dropped.2. The design of the product is beautiful. I love the design of 20YO, unlike Preethi Trendy 116 which I thought of returning due to its irritating design.3. Cooking options are greater than that are in Preethi and Pigeon. Cooking is easier and I found it is power saving and speedy.4. iBell induction 20YO is a low price deal when compared to Preethi and Pigeon products at its range of functions, watts and power consumption.5. It does not attract oil in its back fan inlet window even after one month. I have shown it in the video.6. It is suitable for all types of cooking.Cons:1. When switching to other functions than 'Hotpot', timer shows difficult timings. For example, for 'steam' function, the timer shows 1:30 minutes. I could not reduce it to 30 minutes or 20 minutes. Because, while reducing, after 43 minutes, it again rose to 1:30. Likewise, for 'soup' function, the timer shows 1:15 minutes. I could not reduce it to a lower level. But timer is convenient for other functions to decrease and increase.2. No else cons I found. The company has offered two years warranty. So I expect the product would be useful for at least two years and more for a low price deal. If it lasts for two years, I will be happy. If it lasts for three years, I will be happier. If it lasts for more than three years I will be happiest.

Very economic price and worth to have it in kitchen. Received a well packed and secured packaged .About the productWell built as other brand and light weight asewwll ...The touch pannel are also very good and responsive..Overall if we compare it with the famous brand the price are very less and pocket friendly..Only one thing I want to know and also every customer also wantto be know of any problem arises what kind of service one could get in our areas and locality and when help needed how fast we could get our problem resolved....So thumbs up for its price and quality and hope it will last more than 2 years so we don't need to go to any service center...

iBell induction cooktop IBL20YO product is very awesome. Low price and best performance with 2 years of warrenty. Every kitchen of a developed family should have this product, because it is very best product, very handly, light weight, easy to clean and fast cooking experience. I am totally satisfied with this iBell induction cooktop IBL20YO. I love it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased 20YO model in March 2021. It stopped working in January 2022. I reached out to customer support. They sent me a spare part which was delivered after 8 days. Then they asked me to find local technician who will fix the induction cooktop and told me that I can cliam maximum Rs. 250 for technician support. When I asked around for local technician they said repair will cost Rs. 2000.ibell claim that they have extensive service network but all for all kind of service and spare part they use third party. They use amazon to ship spare parts and they do not have their own inventory support. They tell customer that go and find local technician once customer receives spare part. Else they ask you to find service center and take it their yourself. I have attached communication that I had with ibell service center.Regarding 1 year extended warranty on induction cooktop, they do not actually provide you the same. You have to visit their website to apply for extended warranty but after that there will be no response. Also if you contact on number for extended warranty they will tell that they are working on it and will never provide you additional warranty.This is fraud company with low quality products. DO NOT PURCHASE!!

Good value for money.High quality crystal glass surface is easy to clean and also appears sturdy.Trouble-free operation so far (7 months since purchase).Feather-touch buttons is another good feature, but one should be careful as it will get switched on even while gently cleaning the surface. So the power from the mains should be switched off after using the cooktop.Only issue is with the very poorly written manual which has too many grammatical mistakes. Also details appear to be mixed up with that of some other gadget. The company should get the manual completely revised ensuring that it is free of grammatical or technical mistakes.

I have been looking for a induction cooktop for quite sometime and came across this brand. Initially i thought it was some Chinese brand but later realised it's an Indian brand that's expanding its product range very fast. The product is really nice and great for this price. All other brands sell with same features or even lesser for double the price and with just 1 yr warranty whereas ibell offers 2 years warranty. Recommended one.
