Quality is being compromised
I am a regular customer of Pigeon as they provide quality product at affordable priceBought the same induction stove for the third time but my purchase on 24th june 2024 disappointed me as there is a pin point hole in the front button pannel and it is chipping off may be due to poor adhesive and the button are also not that smooth as it used to beSo stovekraft should not compromise on the qualityAnd anyone buying this should check for any defects within the return windowI am exchanging it, lets hope for the best3 star as I like this product in all my previous purchases but not this timeUpdate Product EXCHANGED SUCCESSFULLY thanks to amazonGiving a 4 star nowBut the quality has been compromised

Pigeon Induction Cooktop Review: Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Support
I purchased a Pigeon Induction Cooktop, expecting decent performance, but my experience has been frustrating. Here’s why I do not recommend this product:1. Poor Button Quality:-Within just a month of use, the buttons started malfunctioning. They feel cheap, unresponsive, and eventually got damaged. Operating the cooktop became a struggle.2. Low-Quality Body:-The overall build quality is extremely poor. The plastic body feels flimsy and does not give confidence in its durability. A small impact can cause cracks or other damage.3. Weak Surface:-The induction’s surface is not sturdy enough. You need to be extra cautious while placing cookware on it, as it can easily get scratches or even crack under slight pressure.4. Worst Customer Support:-The biggest disappointment is customer service. I tried contacting them through the numbers listed on their website, Google, Amazon, etc., but none were available. It seems like they have no proper support system.5. Frequent Repairs and Extra Cost:-Within three months, my induction broke down seven times. Each time, I had to spend ₹150 on repairs. The induction itself cost ₹1200, and now, after repairs, I have spent ₹2100! Instead of wasting money on such a low-quality product, it’s better to invest in a heavy-duty, reliable induction cooktop.Final Verdict: Avoid This Product:-This Pigeon Induction Cooktop is not worth buying. Frequent E6 error
The media could not be loaded. 1.frequent E6 error in every 15 second... Between 1000-1800 watt (even following E6 error instructions) .2. Cooling system not adequate.3. button little hard.... Otherwise everything good.

Product first use review is its a normal plastic body but with a high power input and output if u keep in 800 in board it takes 1200 watts current but it's a very powerful induction stove

Product Review: Extremely Disappointing - Do Not Buy!
Purchase Date: 12/09/2024I purchased the Pigeon by Stovekraft Brio Plus Induction Stove 2100 Watts, and it stopped working by December, within just 4 months of use. I raised a complaint on 30/12/2024, as the product was still under warranty.Two days later, I received a call from a service executive who informed me that no home service was available, and I had to drop the product off at the nearest Pigeon service center. The very next day, I dropped off the product and informed the service executive. After waiting for two weeks, I called back, only to be told that the board was damaged and needed a replacement. However, the service executive couldn’t provide any information on the replacement date.It’s now February 04, 2025, and 35 days later, my product still hasn't been repaired or replaced! I’ve called customer care twice, and each time I got no useful information or resolution.This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would strongly recommend not buying this product. Poor service, terrible customer support, and an unreliable product! Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
