I've always been a fan of Cliff bars and stuff, so maybe a little bias on that, but the taste and texture are good. Again a little pricey for what you get and how many. Works well if you are heavy into cardio, and need something to keep you going that would affect your stomach or GI.

Always like the Clif Bloks - substantial and satisfying enough for a mid-game boost of energy (my sport being soccer). The variety pack was enjoyable to try some of the other flavors that I wasn't sure I wanted to commit to a whole package of (namely the sours). I generally go back and forth between these and the Skratch gummies - both have their pros and I might say I prefer the flavor of the Skratch over these, but it feels like there's a little more value in the Clif Bloks.

My son uses these right before his hockey games. He says they taste great and give him added energy to get going. They are easy to transport and are a good quality supplement.

These work great for me when cycling. I enjoy chewing on longer rides (instead of slurping energy gels). The flavor of these is great and they are fresh / chewy. Fast Fuel!!

These are great for long distance runs! I just pop them in my bag and usually have one every 3 miles.Very effective without giving a caffeine buzzEasy to eat on the go, and great taste
