I recently bought the GOVO GOSURROUND 975 | 4.1 (2.1.2) Channel, 400W Soundbar with True Dolby Atmos®, and I have to say—this thing is an absolute beast!The audio quality is phenomenal. With True Dolby Atmos, you can actually feel the sound moving around you. The surround effect is super immersive, and the 400W output really fills the room with powerful, cinematic sound. Whether I’m watching movies, playing games, or just listening to music, it’s been a game-changer.What really stands out is the bass—it's deep, punchy, and perfectly balanced. Plus, the dialogue clarity is spot-on. Even at high volumes, there’s zero distortion. It sounds way more expensive than it is!Setup was quick and easy, and the soundbar looks sleek and premium under my TV. Genuine feedback from a buyer.The GOVO gosurround 975 is a great sound bar, the sound and clarity of the same is absolutely brilliant. But due to my hard luck, the subwoofer of the same was not working from the time i received it, so if i am praising the soundbar even without the subwoofer functioning then you can understand the quality of the soundbar.BUT, since the subwoofer was not working i tried to get a replacement, as it is a brand replacement i had to contact GOVO for the same.MOST IMPORTANTLY GOVO DONOT HAVE PHYSICAL SERVICE CENTERS, SO NO LOCATION TO GO AND GET THE ITEM REPLACED.THE GOVO WEBSITE TO REGISTER FOR WARRANTY IS NOT WORKING.WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, AS SOON AS THE CALL QUEUE REACHES MY TURN, THE CALL GETS DISCONNECTED.I TRIED EMAILING THEM, I TRIED MESSAGING THEM IN THERE WHATSAPP HELP NUMBER, NO RESPONDS.The only thing i was able to do was register a complaint in there complaint registration link and get a system generated complaint ID. BUT NO COMUNICATION EVEN AFTER 3-4 DAYS. BE AWARE THE REPLACMENT WINDOW IS JUST 7 DAYS.SO THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO WAY WE CAN GET THE ITEM FIXED OR REPLACED VIA GOVO. YOU WILL BE STUCK WITH THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT FOREVER.SO PLEASE PLEASE NEVER BUY GOVO PRODUCTS, its for your own mental wellbeing, PLEASE DONT BUY GOVO PRODUCTS
