Does not come with cutlery tray as shown in product videos
It is smaller than similar 12 place setting dishwashers from other brands. Not having a cutlery tray is inconvenient. The higher end models are supposed to have it but the product video for this model is also showing that feature.

False product description
It doesnβt have 3 tier racks and it is an older model. Pictures are not correct. Really disappointing as it was sold and shipped by Amazon.
