Not working and not return don't buy

Waste of money, 3rd class product
I am highly dissatisfied as the product that I received is a waste of money product. It is exactly opposite to what I expected. No cooling at all. I feel cheated by amazon as there is no option to get a refund. Didn't expect this sort of cheating. Highly dissatisfied. Uninstalling amazon app right away from my phone and also would suggest my entire circle not to buy anything from amazon as money is taken and a worst quality product is provided and there is no option of refund. Don't want to lose my hard earned money.

Fan work nahi kar raha tha maine return kiya return gaya bhi pr mereko refund paise nahi mile aj 20 din ke upar ho gaye seller dekh raha ho to bhai return karde paise mere aur jo bhi le raha hai is seller se mat lo ya lo hi mat dukan jake lelo.....

Arrived used, but works fine.
The product arrived used, some signs of wear and tear on it. I tried to return, but got refunded and was asked to either keep the product or throw it away, my choice.So, after thoroughly cleaning it, we use it. The fan works fine. 3 power settings. The misting system works well too. It helps humidify the room and cooling it significantly. The light is a hit and miss, but no bother. The timer works well too.There have been no leakages and it works using a power bank. So, overall, good product.
