I started taking this when I could no longer get Ozempic through my insurance. I have continued to loose weight and without changing my diet or adding exercise. When I have been without this product due to not ordering correctly, I have not gained any of the weight back. I would recommend this to anyone. I love the pineapple flavor.

So I have been on a fasting journey and really needing something to suppress my appetite or at least get my mind off food (food noise victim here).I have used Glucomannan pills before and considered B12 shots, I tried ACV which helps kinda but NOTHING like this stuff!!I add it to my celsius, plain water, sparkling water etc. and the taste is very bearable, but in juice or flavored drinks it's just totally undetectable.I am genuinely so not hungry and I am normally always snacking & thinking about what I'll eat next mid meal, insatiable & overeating.It's pretty fast acting and I genuinely can say I am not even hungry, when I eat it's almost like a chore (not in some horrible way though it's just something I know I need to do and now something that overtakes my entire brain) and I feel so full! This is amazing if you need something to help you get through OMAD, fasting or just to curb a few calories and stay in your deficit!

Been using this for along time. Great product but a bit sticky on the outside of bottle or where you set it. Messy.Works for me lowering sugar cravings. Lost weight.

the taste is not bad but it does have a little bit of a bitter after taste. I can't say it id anything for me. No changes or benefits so I stopped taking it.
