Does anyone else have black spots in the flan/cake pan?

Yes, this product could be a health hazard, not true stainless steel. I sent the ones I purchased back for a refund after the first use. All the weld joints developed a black oxidized rust/mold like material.

Will this work 8n a ninja pressure cooker

Yes, it would work in 6-quart and above Ninja Pressure Cookers.

Will it work in my crockpot pressure cooker?

I use it in my instant pot pressure cooker to make flan. You have a crock slow cooker or pressure cooker? I think it could work, may have to look for a slow cooker flan recipe.
