Betty Crocker Loaded Mashed Potatoes, 4 ounces (Pack of 8)

These potatos taste great and they are quick and easy to make.

Just empty it into a good size bowl and pour in a cup or two of boiling water, then stir, and you've got a great side dish to go with whatever else is ready to eat. I used two packs of these potatoes per three Hormel Compleats Turkey & Stuffing plus a can of cranberry jelly to have a no-cleanup Thanksgiving dinner last fall, and it was a hit. You can also add a slice or two of Kraft Singles cheese (or generic equivalent) before you pour the water; they'll melt completely into the mix and make it even more tasty.

There was a good deal on these and I was skeptical since they always used to instruct to mix with water, milk, and butter, and I prefer the ease of Idahoan type where you only need to add water. But these said you could alternatively just mix with water so I ordered and I'm glad I did. Put some water in the electric kettle and when it's done, pour some in a bowl then stir in flakes until it's the desired consistency. I like to add a little shredded cheese and stir until it's blended in, extra sharp cheddar or pepper jack depending on mood and time of day. They're pretty tasty.

Super easy to make. My 6 year old likes to help make them. The flavor isn’t my favorite but the kids like it.

As a person with a disability sometimes when I return home from work I am often exhausted. These are so simple and easy to add as a side to any main dish. Easy, great taste , Family is happy.
