Having both plug and usb ports made it very convenient. We had phones, power banks and curling irons plugged in and everything charged/ran perfectly. Because of the USB ports you don't have to carry the extra plugs for charging. It was co.pact and easy to pack. VERY USEFUL.

I liked its size and portability. It worked well with my plug-compatible computer and other electronics.I goofed up and bought them with the wrong USB port - intended to get the USB-C version, but bought it with the earlier iteration of USB port.Advice: be careful when you order to make sure you're getting the right USB port. Also, it's not surge-protected. If you're going to be using it for a while with appliances you want to keep working, you'll need a surge bar for it.
