You don't have to be pregnant to love this pillow (however, I wish I had one when I was pregnant).I bought this pillow because I have back and neck problems and I often wake up feeling stiff, uncomfortable, and have a lot of pain in the mornings. I also have nerve damage from multiple upper body injuries and I often have a very hard time getting to sleep/finding a comfortable position due to tingling and numbness in my hands and arms. My husband suggested a body pillow to help relieve pressure points and after a month of researching various products I finally decided on the Pharmedoc full sized body pillow.I purchased the Jumbo Gray U-Shape pillow (not detachable) and it arrived yesterday. I opened the vacuum packed pillow and allowed it to expand and rest for several hours before trying it out. I slept on it last night and got one of the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. I got comfortable quickly, fell asleep quickly, slept all the way through the night without tossing and turning, and I woke this morning without any soreness, stiffness or pain. Absolutely amazing!!Obviously I haven't used this product much yet, but here is my pro/con list so far. Mostly pros. The cons are honestly more preferences rather than true problems with the product.Pros:-Size is perfect for me (I am 5' tall and weigh 132 lbs) and seems to be versatile as my husband and daughter have both laid on it and like the size as well.-Soft, comfortable fabric, not too hot either.-Washable cover.-Versatile positioning - I am a side sleeper, but also spent some time lounging on my back on this pillow before bed and I was so comfortable I almost fell asleep while on my back. It can also be positioned so that you can sit with it wrapped around you, kind of like a bean bag chair. You need something like a wall or couch arm behind you to prop up on, but very, very comfortable for sitting/lounging in bed (which I am very fond of doing in the evening).-Stuffing can be accessed by removing the cover and unzipping the internal pillow which would allow the stuffing to be changed, added to, or reduced.Cons:-I think I might have liked the detachable pillow a little more because it has a built in space for your arm when sleeping on your side and you have a little more control over the size of the detachable pillow.-My husband and I share a queen size bed and the jumbo sized pillow does crowd his side of the bed a little bit (however, this is no fault of the manufacturer, I knew the measurements when I bought it).-I am not sure how well the stuffing will hold up in the long run, it feels like it may breakdown over time. I may consider replacing the stuffing with shredded memory foam at some point in the future.

It puffed up out of the packaging right away and even more after a day or so. I wanted something really fluffy since I usually use two neck pillows and this does the trick. It also keeps me from rolling on my back and it’s so cozy. I wake up without any pain.It is very warm though. I ended up buying a replacement cover that’s not velvet-y because the original cover held onto so much heat. But the jumbo one isn’t advertised as cooling, so I’m not taking any points off. Just something to consider if you’re pregnant and run warm.

Okay, you can plainly see what their picture is like, right? The pillow looks full and luxurious. That's not what I got when I bought this. Even after 24+ hours of "expanding," it's lumpy and thin and not nearly full enough to accomplish what the description is saying.Amazon is sending me a replacement, and it was easy to get one so I'll edit this review from 2/5 stars if it's better. 1/5 to me would be a completely unacceptable product. This pillow isn't that, but that doesn't mean I think it's worth the money.Would you have dropped $60 on it if the picture had been the one I took? No. Like I said, I'll gladly update this if the replacement is better.***Edit: My replacement is a lot closer to the advertised product. It's expanded quite a bit and is actually pretty comfy! At the sale price I bought this ($37), I think this was a pretty good purchase.The only problem is, obviously, that's not what I got initially. The customer service rep told me, "Okay, we'll make sure you get a good one this time." But it's like, okay, you should make sure everyone gets a good one the first time.I left both pictures so you could judge for yourself. Maybe I was just unlucky, but don't hesitate to contact them if it doesn't look right. You deserve "a good one."

Absolutely a life saver. I had a hysterectomy and this helped me sleep completely comfortably. Best purchase ever. Gave me the support I needed and hugged me to sleep .

I've tried almost every neck support pillow Amazon offers with no relief or comfort. At my husband's suggestion he said to try this body pillow. The first night I had it was the most amazing nights sleep. It like getting a hug while your sleeping. It does take a few hours to puff up from packaging but otherwise a great choice

The product is good. It's not as comfortable as comparable items. The filling function as a bean-bag, which does not hold it's shape or support well, silica hydrogels and tempur pedic foam. The cover is a faux fur material that feels like soft fabric. There needs to be more improvement for the cover.
