The media could not be loaded. My husband bought this for me as a gift after I had mentioned wanting a karaoke bluetooth speaker a couple times. I love this thing! I use it every day during the week in my office while I work to play music, and I have taken it to get togethers with friends for karaoke. My husband and I will use the 2 mics it comes with and sing together while we do chores around the house! It feels durable and it has a great range for the bluetooth connection. The karaoke feature is easy to use and I love the mixer sounds it can play.Unfortunately about 6 months after I got it, it just randomly stopped powering on completely. It would be fully charged, but when I hit the on-switch, the LEDs on the speaker wouldn't turn on, the black screen at the top wouldn't display anything, and it wouldn't do the bass-drop sound you hear in the video. The only thing that would turn on was the glow of the circular dial on the top and the green/red light that let's you know it's charging or fully charged. I tried to look up videos to see if it was something I could fix or reset but couldn't find anything.I was heart broken, but I reached out to the company about it. They were so nice and immediately offered either a refund or a replacement. They did ask me several questions regarding how I've used the speaker and what type of cord/adapter I used to charge it, but it was after they gave the refund/replacement options. So it felt like the questions were just to understand what may have happened for it to stop working and not to find a way to to say that I was at fault and wouldn't be eligible for the refund/replacement. I was happy to answer all the questions while I waited for my replacement to arrive in the mail.The new speaker arrived in the mail about 3 days after they said it would (not an issue just making people aware in case they have the same ecperience).The new speaker works beautifully just like the first. I make sure to use the charging cable it came with and use a different power adapter that displays the amps on it. From the conversation with the rep, I feel like the issue from the first was that I or a friend may at some point used a different cable/adapter with high amps that caused it to short.The replacement has been great- no issues! I'm very happy with my gift and highly recommend this speaker!

This machine is so much fun. Easy set up, great sound. I did have a problem with one microphone being broke. It was handled swiftly. Customer Service was really great.

The system was exactly what we needed for our event to be a success!!We purchased this karaoke machine for a talent show with approximately 20 acts - and it performed flawlessly. Since the machine was about 15 feet from those performing, I connected a computer monitor (rather than a tablet like you see in the image) to display the lyrics. I really like all the different lighting options, but I just left it on one of the basic settings throughout the entire program.After getting the list of music required for the program, I was able to play the karaoke version of the songs directly from YouTube!!One of the performers played an electric keyboard, but unfortunately his speakers did not work. I was actually able to connect his keyboard to the karaoke machine to use it as the keyboard output.I really like this karaoke machine!

The media could not be loaded. What a fantastic product! It was incredibly simple and quick to set up. The two microphones are robust, crisp, and sensitive. The whole experience is improved by the lively party atmosphere that the LED lights produce. An additional convenience is provided with the supplied remote control. It is ideal for both small and large groups because of the powerful built-in speakers, which provide a lot of sound without distortion. All in all, it's ideal for gatherings with family, entertaining, or simply relaxing with some solo singing. I heartily endorse it.

Bought this for my daughter bday last year and the Karaoke Machine is still working like new. She has made so many memories!

Powering on/off message is very loud and machine is set at zero. The lights are fun at night. In order to use the PA system feature it has to be connected to Bluetooth in order to use the microphone. Microphone & speaker volume don’t operate separately. There is some echoing when using the microphone. Best suited for Karaoke and not a great option for PA use.
