Cue and case arrived damaged, seller refused to exchange
The cue arrived damaged - the cue tip was scuffed and looked used, the case corners were damaged and knocked about, the box was already open when I received it and the desiccant was tipped leaving bits all stuck down the sides of the case. I highly suspect that this item has previously been returned and then resold to myself.This was a gift for my brother and I was not happy to gift him something in this condition. I requested an exchange from the seller who refused, stating that it was a brand new cue and that if I ‘wasn’t happy with the product, I should just return it’. I responded saying that I did not agree it was new, but would ideally like to have a straight exchange, and that if I did return it, it would not be because I ‘didn’t like’ the item, but because it is damaged. Seller responded, still adamant I could not have an exchange - so I have requested my money back.My advice to you would be - pay attention to the poor reviews, I wish I had, I would have saved myself money and time.Pay a little bit more, get the service and product you expect, not this sub standard service, selling damaged products. I will not be using this seller again

The cue was slightly bowed at the end and the case ends literally fell out when I took it out of the box I have started return 4days ago but so far no pick up from Evri
