What should I use to delute these paints please?  I would like to make a wash for the cushion covers I am making.

To dilute paints to the desired thickness you may add water.  
If you want to add permanent color to the fabric. Heat is the best way to seal acrylic paint onto the fabric. Heat will guarantee that the paint permanently adheres to the surface. The apparel will be able to survive the rigors of constant washing and wearing as a result of this. The simplest way to impart heat is with iron.

If I paint a mug. Will it wash off if I put it in a dishwasher?

However, if you want to make your paint permanent and dishwasher-safe, follow these steps:

Paint Your Mug: Apply your design using the paint. Allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next.

Oven Cure: Water-based acrylic paint for ceramics and glass can be baked in an oven. This involves letting the paint dry for 24 hours, then placing the mug in a cold oven, setting the oven to a specified temperature (often around 350°F or 175°C), and baking for a set period (usually 30 minutes to an hour). After baking, turn off the oven and allow the mug to cool down inside the oven to prevent any sudden temperature changes that could cause the ceramic to crack.

It states on the box they can be used on glass although I havnt tried that yet Im planning on using them myself when I make an arbour for my garden I will paint the glass windows with them they are nice and thick and dont run
