The batteries for the Ricoh GR iii are notoriously small and run out fast.So having these extra two, which charge fit and work exactly like the originals, allows me to do street photography for a full day (with the original battery as well).They're small enough to fit in a pocket so carrying these extras is no hassle.I can't tell and don't really have the ability to test scientifically whether these last as long as an OEM battery, but frankly even if they only give me 80% of the shooting time an OEM would, that's more than good enough for me. They represent very good value for money.If you have a Ricoh GR iii extra batteries are essential, unless you don't mind running out of juice super fast.

Only 1 charging slot works. I'm waiting to hear from the manufacturer ( I asked for one that works to be sent to me).
