A very easy product to use and reliable, easy to transport between rooms, good quality and value for money.

Works very well and good value for the price. Main problem is the water tray, it needs to be almost fully open to access the cooling blocks and is then difficult to slide back into position to the extent that the force needed causes a jerky movement resulting in water spillage.Another problem is the shortness of the power cable making it difficult to position where required.Also, the supplied UK plug adapter is poorly designed and failed after less than a week

l love this air cooler got ice blocks in and top up the water with cool water from fridge kept me lovely and cool in really hot weather letting out a lovely cool breeze looks nice too its clight and is on wheels good price!!

Product nice and lite and easy to use. However to get an effective result from cooling you need ice cubes as well as the supplied blocks as they just don't provide enough cold air. Only good as well for small areas.

The media could not be loaded. I hear a humming noise when the cooling mode is on, the airflow is room temperature, the air is powerful I'll give it that, but what's the point in blowing warm air around even with cold water and tons of ice cubes? I got this because someone said it blows out cold air and you can stack ice packs. Boi was I lied to, either mine is broke, or it was a lie. Basically while the fan is superior to normal fans, the noise is too high, and night mode is higher than level 1 airflow, that doesn't make sense, when turning it off, the moment you pull out the water tray, there is water all over the place, it's like you have to leave it closed to not leak until it's completely dry?This is a totally bogus mechanic, I only got it cause it was 100 quid, It's not worth 50 quid. By far the most annoying thing was the power cable, it's so short you have to use an extension, there is no question about it, buy an extension with this. Shame on me for buying 2, shame on me for believing answers and reviews about this product. I really want to send it back, the only good thing it has is the high airflow, but you still have to move the flaps up and down to get it up and down, the remote works but has to be pointed upwards, the swivle only works from side to side, can't swivle the up and down.I guess I'm just really disappointed, the tray gets stuck if you put too much in it, so only little ice packs, and some ice cubes, 6Liters of water and once you put it in you can't pull it out unless you want a leak everywhere on the floor. The mechanism for pumping the water flips around with a cheap sliding mechanic inside, once you push the tray it flips around the pump, but during this time it can slide out of line and not flip around. I can see why they were cheap. The worse part was waiting for it for since 12th June to now 20th June.I was better off buying an AC unit for 200 quid.

Product looks good and seems a good quality compared to some others we had seen unfortunately haven’t had the weather temperatures to really test it out
