This Dell laptop replaces an older Dell in my office. I have purchased 3 of them over the years, they are very affordable and I'm super happy with the quality. I enjoy being able to study and research a new laptop online, so much better than shopping in a store. My needs are simple: internet, email, Office 365 and Quicken for personal finances. In addition to my main office computer, I use one for travel and have one in my living room to use in the evenings just for fun. It's quite wonderful to buy a product that is exactly what Amazon says it is. I'm comfortable with my purchases, knowing that Amazon will always have my back in case of an issue.

This is the way to go for replacing a computer.It works as well as brand new and we have no issues at all.Buy refurb and save a ton of money!

There’s no Bluetooth in this laptop,the battery is not good, the laptop is very old 2017 . No Bluetooth, not touch screen. There’s no way to install driver for the Bluetooth 😥

Needed a few extra for the work place. Purchased one, then two more. The first had 1920x1080, so bought 2 more without thinking. On the second order, one has ‎1366x768 with a camera, the second has 1920x1080 without camera. The specs do not list a camera and max res of 1366x768 at time of writing. They have strange partition sizes, but I reimaged out of the box. They are in decent condition, sometimes residue from a sticker or label. The specs listed are the minimum of what you're getting. You get what is listed, or better. Going forward I will look for the higher res specifically, but overall satisfied by this vendor.

Wide screen, charger plugs into the back not side, comes with 16gb RAM factory installed and can increase to 32 with two ram slots. Runs Fortnite, OBS and chrome at the same time no stuttering or lag. 100% worth every penny spent.

This is supposed to be a "renewed" PC, with a 500gb SSD and 16gb of RAM. External renewing is great, problem is inside, where the supposed SSD is NOT the SSD claimed, but instead, a Toshiba conventional HD. After initial startup and allowing the OS to load - then several hours of Windows 10 updates, I spent another day transferring files and programs from my older PC. I soon noticed the DELL laptop was running slower than it should, and battery life is much shorter than advertised. I ran the Windows Device utility, and saw that the HD was NOT the SSD claimed, but a standard HD, and removed the rear panel, and saw the HD pictured, and at the same time, saw that the battery is the very smallest in amp-hrs available for this PC. SHAME on me for not checking earlier, and saving myself 2 days of setup - but even more, SHAME ON AMAZON and their supplier for obvious misrepresentation of their product! SO, now, I have the choice of either returning the PC for refund - and eating the hassle and lost time spent setting it up, or just living with a misrepresented product. MY choice, would be simply sending me the ADVERTISED SSD, and a higher rated battery that actually delivers the operation claimed - but seriously doubt I'll actually get it... BUYER BEWARE!
