I just started jumping rope so I’m no expert but I am really happy with this purchase. For reference I’m 6’3” & this rope is long enough for me.Not really a complaint but be prepared to spend some time straightening the rope out. I didn’t at first and kept hitting my foot/leg while jumping

If you want an extremely difficult workout that feels and requires different things from any speed rope or traditional jump rope, get this.It will destroy your grip strength and forearms, and your shoulders will feel it too, while demanding more overall cardio at the same time.With a normal speed rope or basic jump rope you’re basically just jumping in place to a timed rhythm, which is excellent for cardio, lower leg and foot strength, and explosive movement, but this heavy rope feels and demands entirely different levels of fitness.I could do an easy 5-round workout on my basic speed rope, I got this thing, and I was unable to do anything beyond two amateur (2-minute) rounds with this thing.Get it. If you want overall fitness, this is THE exercise to do. Condition yourself to be able to do at least 5 3-minute rounds with this rope and there will rarely be anyone who can outperform you.

It's pretty good, but a small pain to adjust the length of rope. If your jump rope has a bolt at the bottom of the handle, the length adjustment process differs from what is shown in the YouTube video. You cannot simply push the rope out of the bottom of the handle. Follow these steps instead:Get a 9/16 socket (a ratchet is unnecessary, as the bolt can be loosened and tightened by hand, pic #2).The bolt is secured only into the rope—use the socket to unscrew and remove it completely, pic #3 & #4.Pull the rope out from the top of the handle.Cut the rope to your desired length.Before reinserting the rope, fully screw the bolt into the rope tubing to create threads in the rope, pic #5.Remove the bolt, then feed the rope back through the top of the handle until it stops at the bearing, pic #6.Turn the handle over, align the rope with the bearing hole, and tighten the bolt into the rope using the socket.That's it—your jump rope is now adjusted!

Great weight and balance. Very durable, very fast. The grips are good too. I also didn’t need to adjust the length and the value is unmatched.

I like the heavy weight of the rope, good cardio, arms get a nice burn during use. Seems pretty durable, plastic rope casing does get scratched using on concrete but that’s expected. I’m 6’4 and length is not a problem. I wouldn’t recommend using barefoot as it’s not forgiving when you hit your feet/shins. 😂
