This product smells fresh and worked very well on my carpets. During the potty training of my puppy she more then not peed on the carpet instead of her puppy pad. It smelled like pee as soon as you walked upstairs. After using this product it cleaned my carpets so well it transformed my carpets back to new😎 I will be purchasing this product in the future.

IT WORKS! SAVED MY HARDWOOD FLOORS, I'M SERIOUSI don't write many reviews. But I have to thank this company for this product. I had a cat pee problem unlike anything most people have ever seen. Months of peeing in a corner of a room that soaked through the area rug and pad and then INTO the wood floor. A 4 foot area of the wood floor was literally black from being soaked in pee. It had been spray cleaned and mopped with every do-it-yourself at home product you can imagine. At this point I no longer cared about staining the floor. I needed the smell gone. The floors will have to be sanded and refinished anyway. I soaked the area with half a gallon of this stuff and then mopped the entire floor with it as well as wiped down the walls in that corner. I waited 24 hours. It all dried and there was still a faint pee smell. So I poured the rest over the corner and let the puddle sit overnight again. By day three, there was no smell left. ZERO. Nothing could be detected. Success! The cats are staying out of the corner. I just ordered a new rug and pad, and have already started using the room again without gagging. It's worth every penny. It literally saved my house. My number one concern was the stink and clearing it to undetectable so that the cats would not return. For that I give it 100% 5 stars.

Worked well to remove stains & odor. Pleasant, clean scent. Able to get 2 uses for cleaning full stairway, landing, & hallway carpet.Reduced to 4 stars only because spray trigger did not work.

My sister/roommate is very sensitive to cents and I wanted something I can put in my carpet shampooer that wouldn’t bother her. I am somewhat sensitive also but this one didn’t bother either of us and it cleaned really well and it smells fresh afterwards. It also worked in my vacuum/shampooer without a problem.

Seriously -I tried everything . This is the ONLY one that actually works. Super impressed. I’m in shock actually. Everything that says it will remove the odor doesn’t however this actually DOES!! I’m grateful and happy. I don’t need it forever , only long enough to get through the puppy phase. I would be washing sheets and the urine smell would fill the house. Not with this one. While washing the stuff it had already began to kill the odor. You begin to wonder if products do what they say they do and spend gobs of money on the stuff only to find out it doesn’t work. I took a chance on the reviews and ordered a whole gallon and I am not sorry. Wow, what a product. It actually does work and I am thankful it does. Amazing, love it and life isn’t quite as stressful if she wets on something because I know for sure it can be removed.

Tried the product on a stain resistant couch where my cat accidentally peed. It worked at first, and I thought great! However, 15 min later the urine smell was back and after numerous applications of the product. It still hasn’t gotten rid of the smell.I also attempted it on the floor where my dog had an accident. It masks the smell temporarily but doesn’t keep it away. Disappointed with the product in that way. However it does seem to remove smells from laundry. So there is that. I wouldn’t buy it again, not for the price.

Works great had family over three days after I started using it and they said they couldn’t smell anything. They were surprised. I have one dog that’s incontinent and she sometimes pees on our floor. I can wash it up and spray works perfect no odor.

This product DOES what it says it will do. I had a tenant who had 2 dogs and 2 cats. When she left there were several pet stains that had become embedded in the hardwood floors. I choose to put the product in a spray bottle and generously spray my floors. I let the solution sit for 24 hours, cleaned and retreated. It took 3-4 treatments for the puppy stains and 5-6 for the cat urine, BUT IT WORKED. I highly recommend this product for set in pet stains on hardwood floors.
