I went through a few of these phone charging cases, and I love this one! The front facing speakers work so well! In fact, Other battery cases I tried before this one made my phone sound so muddled that I could hardly make out what people on the other end of my phone were saying. In fact, my phone in general sounds pretty off. I literally had to bring it to a store that fixes all types of phones to have the speakers cleaned. I did this because, I could not hear people well on the other end. This cleaning allowed me to hear people on the other end better, but not perfectly. The sound quality was so off, I thought I needed to purchase a new iPhone. However, while using this case, the sound quality of my iPhone is immensely improved. So much so, I can literally make out what people are saying on the other end. Seriously! Because I purchased this affordable case which works, I can literally keep my iPhone a longer, and not have to spend a lot of money on a new one. I could not be more thrilled! Also, this Mophie battery case has a great feel in my hands!! I love holding it now! I didn't before owning this product! I read other reviews, saying this case felt slippery, but that's not the case for me. t I'm so happy I didn't listen to those negative reviews. I almost did. Now, I literally love the feel of this case as well the design. It feels amazing! Not to mention, this case, unlike other battery cases I bought and had to return, actually works when I push the button in back to charge my phone. This is a huge bonus, because, trust me, other cases failed me when I tried to charge my phone, and did not work work well at all. Mophie has figured out charging your phone. You can count on a Mophie to continue to charge your phone, and not break after a couple of months or less. This happened to me in the past, and I wasn't able to return the broken down and unreliable cases because it was past the 30 day mark. The color of this battery case is also beautiful. It's not too pink, which I prefer over a bright obnoxious pink. All in all, I am thrilled with this battery case! It has elongated the life of my iPhone, not to mention it has improved the sound quality of my iPhone tremendously! Now, because of my purchase, I am able to keep my current phone a bit longer, and save money in the long run! A dollar not spent, is a dollar saved. Thanks Mophie. I'm really happy I didn't listen to all the negative reviews about this product! I love my new beautiful battery case.

Worked ok for about a month, only gives about 25% charge to an xs max. Now it reports fully charged in seconds, but when you try to charge the phone it immediatly says it is dead, and needs charged. Costly junk, nothing more.

The case don’t stay charged for a long time, but I still love it.

I loved the idea of this case. But it was hard to charge, slippery as a greased eel, and my phone screen smashed into so many pieces when dropped the first time. I needed the extra charge but it wasn’t worth the destruction I subjected my phone to.

The phone fits in perfectly. No problem with charged. It is burgundy instead red pictured on the photos, but it's still a great buy.

Just got it today from prime day 2019. Days he battery came completely drained.The exterior case is a smooth sleek plastic that looks very nice BUT extremely slippery.The top piece is easy to pull out but feel secured.Will know more after a full charge of the case and will use it without recharge to see performance result.A 3 stars for now until I know more IF it works and how well it works.Update on 7/22/2019The case is EXTREMELY smooth that i keep dropping my phone. While it’s easy to slide in/out of pocket, one must take GREAT care not to drop it as the surface of the case is so slick.The case does hold battery for that addition 50% to 60% power.So, I do like this case, for the extra juice but definitely the grip can used a bit more traction

So disappointing, loved having a portable charging phone case but now it no longer works. It is only 5 months old and no longer charges my phone. Also stopped working for my Apple Play in my car - I have to take my phone out of the case anytime I want to use it in my car - a real inconvenience. Trying to figure out how to contact the company to see if there is a warranty for replacement. Very disappointing to spend over $70 for a phone case/charger and now doesn't work!

This Mophie has been great. I had one when they first came out it was pretty expensive I really liked it, a lot, but unfortunately it broke and then I got a different phone. Thank you for making it easier for me to purchase at a reasonable price. I love the durability the touch everything about it. You’re awesome. I truly recommend it.Thank you
