Different respondents said 6" & 10". Could seller provide an authoritative answer about size?

I have seen both 6 and 10 however this one was 6 inches the last time I ordered one.

Would this be better that a regular cloth?

If by regular cloth you mean optics cleaning cloth, YES a very high quality good sized lens cleaning cloth that tuck into the little pouch to remain clean and lint free between uses. I love these and have many in many bags.

Why is there a Prop 65 warning on the tag?

Since California's Prop 65 is called the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, it must mean that we shouldn't drink this microfiber cloth. Or eat it. Or eat our lenses after using the cloth to wipe our lenses. It probably also would't be safe to roll the cloth in your joint and smoke it. More seriously, it probably means that California doesn't want us to throw the cloth into their landfills.
