CTD TruCut Sanding Pads for Bowling Ball Resurfacing (Variety grit 5 inch)

These TruCut sanding pads are exactly what I needed for resurfacing my bowling balls. They’re made specifically for bowling surfaces, so they feel precise and effective. I was able to restore my balls’ finish and maintain consistent performance on the lanes. They last longer than I expected, and the grit options give flexibility depending on the type of surface I want. Definitely worth it for anyone serious about ball maintenance.

I was having issues with my bowling ball not reacting the way it used to when it was new. I saw a couple videos with CEO Ron Hickman of Create The Difference, showing how to use his products to resurface the coverstock of your bowling balls. I had bought a brand new Hammer Axe, and went to the bowling alley to get in some practice. It threw and reacted great.....until the ball kept getting stuck down lane in the ball return. The belt from the ball return left deep scuffs/rutts in the ball. The ball would not react good at all after that. I ordered the CTD Sanding Pads to see how they would help. I also used some CTD cleaner and polisher to bring my ball back to brand new out of the box condition. Holy smokes am I impressed. It takes very little effort with these pads. I'm sold!! I would definitely recommend these pads as well as the other products from Create The Difference. Check them out on Youtube. The deep scuffs or rutts were in the area of the reflection of the overhead light in the ball. As you can see, there is no evidence of any scuffs on the ball. I took it bowling this evening, and it reacts better than brand new! These pads are well worth the money. I just rinsed them off and they are ready for the next ball. I used my ball spinner to do the work. That's also worth the money, by the way.

A must-buy for resurfacing and maintaining your bowling balls. You don’t have to go through the usual step-up grit process, which saves a lot of time. Great value, plenty of quantity, and it creates less dust than other pads I’ve used. It’s made a real difference in my game. I’d definitely recommend it to any bowler who owns their own equipment.

These are great pads. I would give them 5 stars but I think the price has outpaced the value. I probably use 1/2 of the included pads which makes them even more expensive rather than being able to order the ones I want.

TruCut pads are the best in the business and it's not even close. When used properly they last 2-3 times as long as a standard pad. Get the conditioner.

These trucut pads are exactly as described. You actually get the stated restoration as written on the pad. ..no need to build up to the factory polish , 1 pad does it all.

Excellent product

I had heard about the CTD products for a while, but during the pandemic, I did not bowl at all. I came back in the summer of 23, but used all of my older equipment, as I was not sure about being able to continue. Fast forward to the current season and I decided to purchase some of the new Radical balls. After playing with the Rattler Big Bite and Deadly Rattler, I wanted to maintain the box finishes longer and decided to purchase the CTD products. I would venture to say that they are better than advertised in keeping the ball surfaces maintained without an overabundance of physical effort.

The sanding pads are good in that they cut better and last longer. The postage out of America to the UK almost doubles the price which makes them less attractive unfortunately.
