It's quite a stress buster. Very effective, I slept like a baby. It's effective on my headaches too.

Its not useful as I took 2 tablets per day but no changes in sleep hope better not go for it as I have bought sleep sure 2 bottle as one bottle contains 30 tablet so taking 2 bottle will give me one month course but since 5 days I m using nothing changed for me n else this bought other product don't know that will work or not atleast if u charge so high thought it will be usefull but it's good for nothing. So think before u buy go for other herbal this is just priced high no use
