Save yourself a fortune and get this book. Or make yourself a fortune and open an avocado restaurant with the recipes whichever you prefer.Highly recommended.

Very nice book and good value for the money (bought it for £5 on amazon compared to £9.99, better get it for 5 than for 10 since 10 is a bit too much for what it is) retail price. If you have used avocado before it certainly won't help you discover something new or unheard of, but it gives you a nice variety of recipes, something different than the usual avocado toast or wrap.

If you want a book with some healthy recipes, which by the way, you could possibly add avocado to, then you might like this one. Otherwise, it's NOT a cookbook ABOUT cooking with avocados, and there are better ones out there. Not for me I'm afraid.

This was purchased on behalf of my daughter and cannot wait to see/taste her surprises that she mak s from the book. For those out there hat like avocado I r commend this book, it is well lay d out and easy to follow.

Bought as a leaving gift for a millennial colleague and it looks like a nice little gift. Nice photos, writing is clear. The recipes are obviously subjective but I found them interesting when flipped through.
