Worth every bit of the 40 bucks.
This is amazing for a 40 dollar record player. The family is delighted to be able to play some old records. My teenagers are amazed and intrigued. They've started buying their own albums. The onboard speakers and not terrible, but not anywhere near amazing. They are adequate and charming, but will not let you hear the music in its full fidelity. Still perfectly fine for fun tabletop listening. You can always hook the player up to external speakers if you want... but my kids actually prefer the onboard sound. This unit is a steal for 40 bucks. It's an excellent first step to see if you might want to collect vinyl. We might end up getting a better turntable someday, but we are having a blast with this turquoise beauty.

Nice unit, easy to operate.
A very nice unit. The price was under half of what comparable models sell for. Its simplicity is elegant. Although it is a portable unit, its portability takes nothing away from its use as a permanent structure. I have been buying records I had as a child. Aaaaaaaah . . .such memories this unit has instilled on me. I have looked at many youtube videos of old records being played, and a lot of them use the exact same record player. Mine is teal, love the color. It even comes with the small record adapter. It has a lever for picking up and dropping the stylus. The record does not turn until the stylus is over the turntable. Sound quality is good, loud enough to hear it from another room. Listening to the old records my mother used to play for my brother and I more than 50 years ago takes me back to those carefree days, something I would not have done if I had needed to pay more for a record player.

Great gift !
I got this for my brother-in-law around Christmas, and he absolutely loves it! 🎶 It was a great gift and definitely gets plenty of use. The sound is good, it’s easy to use, and the fact that it has multiple speeds makes it even better. Definitely a fun little record player for anyone who loves old-school music and vinyl.

An alright beginners record player with a few flaws
Where do I start with this record player. Firstly I want to get this out of the way but personally I love it, it is portable, it is fun to use, and it’s visually appealing. And as a note for those who wonder what it means when it states that it’s superior because of it having a Diamond stylus allow me to explain. Now there are three styluses, Ruby, Sapphire, and Diamond. A Ruby stylus lasts fifty hours, a Sapphire stylus lasts sixty five hours, and a Diamond stylus lasts one thousand hours. Now despite its promotion of having “better” sound quality it has that staticky hiss in the background on the quiet parts and it’s obvious it’s there depending on how loud your album is. And part of me wishes you could close the suit case while playing the vinyl inside it so dust doesn’t get on it. But if your on a really low budget I’d recommend this. It’s got a Diamond stylus and it can satisfy your needs, but it will likely collect dust because it doesn’t allow you to play with the suitcase closed so I’d recommend you’d have cleaning supplies for your records on hand if you plan on using this. Overall I’d give this 4/5

I would definitely recommend this if you are starting to collect Vinyl Records
I bought this back in 2019 because I wanted a record player and I didn't know if I would like it. I decided to get this one because if I didn't like it, I wouldn't have wasted money on a more expensive turntable I kept it for almost four years and just recently upgraded to a different record player. The sound quality on this is not bad, but it's not that great. However, it is a great starter if you are dipping your toes into the Vinyl Record world. I am not an expert on record collecting or turntables, but I would recommend purchasing something like this if you want to start your Vinyl journey.

the bluetooth one...
Bluetooth doesnt work the way you might think. Its a recive only. Meaning it works as a bluetooth speaker. It won't connect via bluetooth to give your record more volume. I initally got the non bluetooth for my husband, and he loves it! It's been going good for a few years now. For our anniversary this year I thought I'd upgrade with a *new* blue tooth one. The 1st one I ordered wouldn't power on. The second one I ordered speaker was super quiet even at max volume. The light for power worked when I 1st plugged it in, then stopped working. Either I have bad luck or these are crappy made. I bought brand new.

Portable but CHEAPLY made
Had this since September 2021, and was using it frequently. I will say it was good while it lasted althought it did feel like I had to be extra gentle with it as it doesn't feel sturdy at all. Recently I moved this in another room and when I went to plug it in, the port for the power plug fell back into the case. I saw 4 screws on the corners of the table and though "yep easy enough fix"... I realize this is a cheapo portable player but I was a little surprised that it's literally all hot glued together under the table.Wires are not soldered and loosely connected and they is not enough slack to move the table to fix the wiring its a tight fit for larger hands. I took my time pushing the power port back through the hole and secured it with another nut but even after pushing it back through plugged it and something popped and now it's not working at all. Opened it back up and some diode was rattling around. Perhaps some of the halfway connected wires touched in the process and it's my own fault. It's passed my return window and I'll just chalk this up to remembering you get what you paid for. This is a cool little player but don't expect it to last.

You get what you pay for, but it’s not *bad*
Its not bad for its price, audio isn’t perfect but you get what you pay for and its honestly not *bad* quality audio either and it’s pretty cute looking and more compact than some of the other models out there.

My first record player
I got this to try as it seemed decent quality, had a good price point, and looks pretty good as well. I got good sound out of it, but better when I plug it into my full speakers. It plays records pretty well, closed up nice and looks good when shut as well. Would recommend for a starter set.

Byron Statics Vinyl Record Player,
Very good and cheap, the sound quality of the speaker are not that bad, they are loud, do not expect the lows. AUX output works fine but stll there is no lows(bass) ever connecting a subwoofer. Bluetooth connection is very good. For this price, this product does it's job very well.

Excelente Compra.
