Awesome
This thing is super awesome! I installed it along with some LEDs in my work van. The LED kit I bought has four individual strips with push buttons on the end of each unit which is obliviously not a practical way to turn them on and off one by one. I thought about installing a simple toggle switch until I cam across this. This unit is stupid easy to install and pairing the remotes was quick and easy too. The range of the remotes is also surprisingly good and does not require line of site. I can turn the lights on in my van from my kitchen which is a good 50ft away through multiple walls and the steel body of the van itself. I've been using it for a month and so far I have not had any issues. At this price, as long as it doesn't crap out, it's definitely a winner.

So far so good
Am using this switch to control high-intensity driving lights on my car. Wired it to get power from the high-beam circuit for the switch and direct from the battery (through a fuse) to power the lights. Has been working great for two months. I drive about 250 miles, 5 nights per week, so it gets switched on and off probably 30 or 40 times per night, That's a lot of operation so far with no problems, UPDATE 11/14: Still going strong! I have since bought another unit for a different application and it is working flawlessly too! Update 2/17/26: I just ordered my fifth one of these switches! My first two have been in use on my car for over two years and they ARE WORKING FLAWLESSLY! I'm using them to control extra lights (I driver about 250 miles, 5 nights a week, so they get used a LOT! I'm using one more to control the AC so I can manually control it instead of having it come on automatically even when not wanted. I'm using a fourth to partially control the AWD function. I'm going to use the fifth one to provide complete manual control of the AWD system. I have found these switches to be quite robust, and they have provided excellent service even when installed in the engine compartment of a heavily used vehicle. Strongly recommended!

Perfect for lazy people like me
I have this mounted just behind the rear seat of a 4-door Wrangler, wired to juice up a Starlink Mini dish on the roof. I have one remote located next to the switchboard and the other by the driver seat where the light switches are. This lets me toggle my Starlink on and off without having to leave my seat, which is really convenient since I'm lazy. This is an electrical switch, which means it most likely has a little bit of standby/parasitic drain, so I have a breaker-type switch located between it and the battery to leave it at an open-circuit for long-term storage. If you're planning to install this, just spend a few more bucks to install a mechanical/breaker switch to completely open the circuit for long-term storage.

This one just works where others have failed.
My car stereo doesnโt power off all the way like it is supposed to in an older car when I turn the key off, causing my battery to go dead after a day or so. My options were to 1 open the hood after driving each day and remove the radio fuse, 2 buy a new car stereo system and hope this solved my problem, or 3 buy this remote switch and wire it up to the car stereo fuse so I could simply press a button from inside the car to switch off the power to the fuse supplying the radio. With this option I didnโt loose the clock or radio presets as I would if disconnecting the battery.

NOT 40 amps; Terminals too small; BUT...
Right off the bat, all information provided when you're contemplating your purchase of this item, all documentation says that the contacts are rated at 40 amps. EXACTLY what I needed! Once received, the printed documentation indicates contacts rated at only 30 amps. THAT'S not good! I rechecked my application, found that 30 amps should work, but there's no wiggle-room... Any way you slice it, it's just WRONG to promise one thing, but then deliver LESS. With no other option, I set out to INSTALL it. The screw terminals are MUCH TOO SMALL to hook up wires capable of handling 30 amps. STRIKE TWO! I used "yellow" crimp connector spade terminal ends for my fat wire, but I had to CUT HALF of the spade terminal OFF to just BARELY get it to fit! I'm confident that this will work, but... If "Joe Blow" goes to use this thing, this might stymie his progress! I'd think that someone who orders this had got to be somewhat savvy, but thought it important to make this info available. But that it's installed, it's a GREAT option for my application - my wife's ebike is now turned on-and-off with a remote, instead of a KEY ignition switch - something that I COULDN'T find with contacts rated sufficient for my needs! In the end, WRONG INFORMATION given, which is NOT OKAY - under-engineered for that amperage - STRIKE TWO - but in the end, it DOES do it's job, even if that job is at 10 amps LESS than what's promised in the information given when shopping...

Works great!
I use this to control a DIY anti-theft system in my vintage VW Bus. The range in an open parking lot is about 100' and works from inside the house so no line of sight needed but less range when going through walls, etc.

Seems to be a good product after two weeks of daily use
Everything I expected. Easy to install. Works fine every time (only had it working for two weeks). I would order another one if the need arises

Doesnโt get advertised distance
I had this mounted externally on my daughters powerwheels to cut power off when in danger. The best distance I could get was 120โ
