No, they're individually sold. At least that's how it was for me when I bought it.

Yes, I have 2 1/4 pipe and it fits inside the ends of this unit.

I am replacing the stock resonator with the 1790 because my Flowmaster muffler is not loud enough. Will this give me some extra grunt?

These resonators about doubled the sound of our G37x when installed on place of the stock resonators. Also have a muffler delete as well. The car sounds like a baby GTR

If I replaced the stock resonator with this on a 2008 Jetta would it be louder?

Don't know about Jetta, but my 1.8 Miata with a stock muffler got a raspy tone, and got like 5Db louder.
