9" long handmade leather sheath For Fixed blade knife

Very well made and I know it will last decades. Unfortunately it didn't fit any of my knifes needing sheathing. Still, very impressed with quality of leather, stitching, and the snap.

The workmanship is good but the retention snap is way too weak. The retention was tight for my buck 119X but the snap should have held. I will have the snap replaced by Bandera, a local company.

The sheath arrived very quickly. It fit my handmade knife perfectly. The blade is 6 inches long and 2 inches wide at the handle. Excellent quality and craftsmanship. I’m very happy with my purchase! No regrets at all!!!

If you are looking for a real top grain leather sheath, then keep looking. This sheath is made of bonded leather, the equivalent of leather particle board. Reconstituted, regurgitated, chunked and formed leather Spam. It is leather scraps and shavings ground up and glued together then pressed. It will last a few months then disintegrate...guaranteed! I took a chance for $12. You get what you pay for!

Overall quality was great, well put together, very heavy construction. Exactly what I thought I needed. My knife was not too large for it which was great, the blade wasn't too deep for it either. The handle was a little slim for it and my knife had no guard - so it was pretty loose and wiggly. I was telling my wife I could probably manage with it as I wasn't especially planning on doing cartwheels on our camping trips when I re-sheathed the knife, and the point of the blade poked out through the bottom. Can't use it. Unsafe. Not sure where it broke down but the stitching burst open and the leather wasn't glued together. It's being returned.

Product is a great value for your money, as long as the buyer pays attention to the size. My custom knife fits perfectly. Couldn't be happier
