Good dog food
I have 2 small maltipoo's. One is 11 years old, the other is 4. We switched from Diamond natural to this food. Our dogs do really well on this food! They are not over weight and have plenty of energy! It is easy on their digestive system and both love it, especially the chicken pieces! I prefer Purina over other brands. Our dogs are healthy and look healthy. No feet chewing like they did on the other food. I was a Vet tech years ago and recommended Purina.

Great for the price
I’m very selective regarding kibble dog food but I fed this to my dog before switching to another brand. All the dogs like the taste. The downside is that it has a lot of filler so you’ll need to supplement the diet for total nutrition. Adding a raw egg, some green beans, carrots, pumpkin, broccoli can fill that void easily. Price and affordable food is a reality and if the more expensive options don’t fit the budget, this food is a solid option.

This food has been very reliable, no matter which puppy I’ve had, it seems to be easy on their stomach. I haven’t run into issues with it being too rich or too heavy, which is something I’ve dealt with when switching foods in the past.It’s also been an easy transition food, which is important when bringing in new puppies who may already be stressed or adjusting. Overall, it’s been a dependable option that I feel comfortable using repeatedly.
