Assess your readiness for MCTS Exam 70-662—and quickly identify where you need to focus and practice. This practical, streamlined guide walks you through each exam objective, providing "need to know" checklists, review questions, tips, and links to further study—all designed to help bolster your preparation. Reinforce your exam prep with a Rapid Review of these objectives: Installing and Configuring Exchange Servers Configuring Exchange Recipients and Public Folders Configuring Client Access Configuring Message Transport Monitoring and Reporting Implementing High Availability and Recovery Configuring Message Compliance and Security Features This book is an ideal complement to the in-depth training of the Microsoft Press¿ Training Kit and other exam-prep resources for Exam 70-662. Review: Very poor considering this is from Microsoft Press - As an Exchange 2010 administrator with 10 Years experience with the previous incarnations of Exchange Server I was really looking forward to reviewing and passing my 70-662 ASAP as I had failed last year but not by much. The problem with this book is that it is inaccurate and I would check all commands against an installed Exchange 2010 SP2 Server. A few examples of the inaccurate content I have found. This book states that a certain procedure can be done with the EMS (Exchange management shell) and EMC (Exchange Management console), but after spending 20 minutes looking for the options in the EMC and then checking technet found that the EMC version of the procedure has been removed in SP2. (Note: This related to True/False question regarding managed custom folder which cannot be created via the EMC in SP2 but the book states it can. The section about IRM (which I know I am weak on) states that you can disable IRM features for OWA with the shell command (SET-IRMConfiguration -OWAEnabled $false) , this is incorrect as the command is SET-IRMConfiguration -ClientAccessServerEnabled $false And these are just the ones that I have picked up. Very disatisfied with this as the cost of study meterial is not cheap. Beware. Review: Don't expect to pass the test using only this book. - The book is good for pointing out things you need to study for the cert exam. Just don't expect to learn what you need from this book to pass it. You'll need extensive, hands on, experience to pass. This book will help find the places you need to study in order to pass.

get the 70-663 book instead
This will get you enough to barely pass this exam. However if you plan to take the 70-663 test, get the other book instead and back that up with a lot of lab work or reading the Admin Guides.
