Not GSM, expensive service, and hidden charges
As another reviewer said, the phone gets extremely hot when updating, or doing anything resource-intensive. It is a little slow, but for $30, not too bad. Unfortunately there's a little bloatware that can't be removed (Specifically, "AppFinder", "1Weather", "Polaris Office", "Facebook", and "Messenger"). Presence of an SD card slot is a plus.The plan is not even $35/month as advertised. It's over $40! You can't see this cost until you already own the phone, because you can't actually buy a plan until you have a phone.Also, the phone is locked. Tracfone (the same company as Net10) was sued and forced to settle because of this.After the promotional plan runs out, I'll be using it as a media player.

Stopped charging
I actually bought 3 of these phones which was a big mistake. I've had trouble with the phone not charging. I bought one for me and one for my husband. His stopped charging after a couple months so I bought him another one then mine stopped charging so I decided to buy a different phone. Then his 2nd phone stopped charging!! I guess u get what u pay for don't let the price suck u in.

NO airtime card or redeemable code included
The phone is great, bought for my husband who is already a customer. BUT we did not receive an airtime card or redeemable air time code. Fortunately we already had airtime from phone that broke or we would be waiting to use. Very inconvenient that I now have to contact customer service to get something that was advertised and sold as a bundle and should have automatically been included. Not happy about that.

Grandmother loves it. Only problem which is really not a problem is that it looks like it has a fingerprint sensor when it doesn't, it's just a power button that resembles a fingerprint scanner.

Bought for my teenager
Got this for my son for Christmas it's been holding up my son loves it. Specially the good volume for youtube. I have a more pricier cell then hos n my volume ain't like that
