This stuff is great. Side effect is my dreams became more vivid and easier to recall after waking; my brain seems to feel like it's been out playing all night. Fortunately, I don't have many nightmares. I can't tell that the glycine has otherwise helped me sleep better or longer. Pills are big, but not unexpectedly so. No taste nor odor. I did, however, switch to getting my 3g/day of glycine from 15g of collagen powder. Many collagen products don't bother listing their nominal 20% glycine content, but they really should.

Please get this product and combine it with magnesium glycinate if you are having any troubles sleeping at night. I recommend this combo to a relative who had life long sleeping products. And boom within a week I got a call saying they can't remember the least time they slept this well. Throw away the melatonin and the groggy feeling the comes with it, give Glycine a fair chance.

I have a hard time finding things to help me sleep . My friend suggests these supplements and I’m happy I tried it. They do help me stay asleep longer and I like that it’s not medication. So I feel comfortable taking these for an extended period of time.

I saw that this helps with sleep especially if used in combination with Creatine. I need to continue to take longer to tell if it truly helps or not, but you do need to take three of the caps to achieve the recommend dose for sleep.

Excellent product with a much higher dosage than competitors (so I only have to take 1 capsule in place of 2 or 3 competing capsules). Reliable delivery. Been ordering this for over a year and it never lets me down. Also great to have at night with ginger tea & nutmeg --gets you to sleep with no pills, etc.

I'm convinced this really works. I've cut back from 3 tablets a night to 2 and still seems to work. I take it with Magnesium Glycinate, and my sleep has been noticeably better. Waking up after the first night felt like I took a Diphenhydramine but without the grogginess.
