I gave it 2 stars because it doesn't work. I ordered one and it was opened so I exchanged it for another and the baby turtle does not stay lit up. I have it in full sun to power it up. If I try to turn it on the baby turtle stays lit for 5 seconds and goes off. I'm keeping it because it's cute, but very disappointed that the little baby turtle doesn't stay lit up. My husband is going to see if he can fix it. Hopefully he can. If not still cute for outdoor garden. I'm adding to my review. I got a new one and it works just fine. it's super cute and works fine.

I bought this for a gift. It was larger and cuter than expected! Nice surprise! I would recommend and would buy again.

This turtle is a bit on the small side, so I set her on a gold charger plate so nobody would fail to see her and accidentally kick her. She sits on my front porch by the door. Her little flowers light up at night. It's not enough light to see by, just enough to make her cute. So if you're needing light by which to navigate, this isn't your answer. But if you're looking for a bit of cute whimsey, this little turtle is great.

We keep this on our door step off the front door which receives a lot of sunlight during the day. We have had this about a year or so now and it still works and lights up great! Also UV proof, the colors are still going strong!

This is such a gorgeous little solar turtle I've put it on my son's grave and it stays lit up at night glowing bright and the flowers and design is so pretty definitely a perfect addition to any garden or resting place it's been in rain and all kinds of weather but it always lights up and makes it look so nice. I highly recommend to any turtle lovers you'll be pleased with this.

The turtle is well made and feels substantial. The light turned on the first night after charging all day. Has been working great since. Need a year of operation to see how good the quality of the Solar light system will be, but so far so good.

Very cute but cracks easily.

This turtle is so cute in my garden! I don;t think it is great as a solar light though, the lights are on the outside of the flowers and are very bright (like a car with high beams) so when it is lit up you cannot tell that there is an ornament there or any details of the flowers, just these bright lights, so this does not make sense as a solar light to me, but I love it as an ornament.

I guess that's the "positive" side of it. I received an obviously previously opened box. That made me suspicious from the get go... And also that in the instructions it says to "remove the protective film from the solar bla bla bla." Well... Mine didn't have any film on it. Another proof that I did nor received a new unit. By the way I let it under the sun for a day and switch it on and guess what?! NOTHING HAPPENS! SURPRIIIISE you've been robbed!
