This stuff is very easy to use. Hard to know if it is working as I don't do strength training or anything that I could measure but more and more evidence suggests that taking it is beneficial. Also hard to know if is any better than the cheaper creatine from the same company. It is possible that the difference is the quality control that is so important for athletes who must undergo testing. Beyond this product though I have bought many products over years from MP and the products and service has always been the tops.

Tried a few creatines and this is the one I think is the best. It mixes easy, no taste, no bloating, and strength and recovery feels better. Also taking it for the benefit's on brain health, hoping it’s gives me a bit of protection in my old age. It’s a bit more expensive than standard creatine, but I’d rather know what I’m putting in my body is clean and consistent.

Creapure is the one to get apparently, manufactured in Germany. As listened to on Steven Bartlett podcast, Diary of a CEO with Rhonda Patrick, creatine can boost energy and brain function. I've been on 10g a day, and after initial adaptation in the gut, I've had boost in energy levels. I can now get through the day without feeling tired, my walks have become more energetic, and my brain function is sharper. As a 65 year young female I am not looking to bulk up, just something to lift me up when flagging. This produce has gone way beyond that. As a therapist who needs to listen to clients very carefully, this is the best thing I have found to focus my mind. I usually split into 2 x 5g doses, the first with a herbal tea first thing, and lunch time with a coffee. It leaves less of a residue in warmer liquids, mixes well, and doesn't really have a taste.

I bought this as it's Creapure, previously I tried some Amazon sponsored creatine from China and that did give me some mild gastro discomfort. This stuff has been fine but the price has increased during 2025. I will say, this stuff is not micronised, despite what some reviews say. It is gritty to drink when added to water / coffee etc. I decided to try another brand (non-Creapure) and that has been fine too. The new brand I've bought is micronised and it dissolves noticeably better, it's as fine as icing sugar and does not leave grit / residue in your mouth like this Creatine.

Creapure is easy on my system I don’t mind paying extra as this one doesn’t give me any nasty side effects. I use to get a really bad rash with other monohydrate powder - this one is so much easier to take

So far so good, comes with a measuring spoon. Combine a spoon with a glass of water. It won’t dissolve so you don’t need to stir it too much

With the Creapure logo, you know this is the right stuff to buy. With all the talk recently about creatine benefits for brain fog, I thought I would give it a go. Unsurprisingly, the research is correct and I do indeed have better focus and concentration.
