Good quality RJ45 Connector
I struggle to find a good RJ45 connector I bought these with the termination tall as well, making it easy to terminate and make your own cables / patch leads they’re a game-changer for anyone working with network cables. The pass-through design simplifies the termination process, making it quick and efficient, even for those with minimal experience in cable termination. These connectors are built with durability in mind, ensuring a reliable and secure connection for CAT6 cables. The pass-thru feature allows you to verify the wiring sequence before crimping, reducing the chances of errors and ensuring optimal performance. Installation is straightforward, and the compact design of the connectors makes them suitable for tight spaces. Whether you’re a professional network installer or a DIY enthusiast, these pass-thru connectors from Klein Tools make the task of terminating CAT6 cables hassle-free. In summary, Klein Tools Pass-Thru Modular Data Plug RJ45 CAT6 connectors offer a convenient and reliable solution for anyone looking to streamline their network cable installations. Excellent RJ45 Plug and very easy to wire to
I must admit, I wasn't entirely convinced that cabling up to this plug would be as easy as described by the seller. I shouldn't have concerned myself about that, it was delightfully easy and because they are wire-through, it was easy to ensure the correct order of wiring was fully maintained. I used a fairly cheap Rolson Crimp Tool to crimp the RJ45 Plug and didn't have any issues with a secure connection first time every time. Overall, these RJ45 Connectors are excellent quality that comes with a price that perhaps could be considered a little excessive but of course quality and ease of use often does!

Very easy to use.
I bought these because I’ve had trouble with with non-pass through RJ45 connectors before. Once the individual cables are straightened and put in the right order, I found it very easy to push them ask the way through and to pull up the outer sleeving of the Cat6 cable. It’s so helpful to be able to double check that the cables have pushed through in the intended order as it’s so easy for them not to! Then using my knipex pass-thru crimper, the RJ45 is very well crimped and all the excess wire protruding out of the connector neatly and cleanly trimmed off. Sure, these are a lot more expensive than others, but for the few cables I needed to terminate, I was happy to pay for ones I knew are designed to work with my crimper. Made a fiddly job that bit easier.

They Work!
OK, so I originally bought a tub of 100 connectors of a different brand. I made about 30 cables, just testing them on a basic cable tester, before then finally actually trying them for real. Doh. Not one of them ran above 100Mb. Hmm, now was it the cable, that I just bought another reel of, or the connectors? I didn't have anything I could punch the cable in to so I bought some different connectors. I saw someone else had had the same issues with the other connectors as I had and he recommended these, so I pulled the trigger on a small pack of 10 to test. Well, I made one cable - full 1Gb - and made a second, exactly the same. So, cable's good! And, so are these connectors! To be honest, I'm surprised that these are fine but the others were so crap. It's just a bit of plastic and some conductor?! But hey, there you go. 100% success so far with these. I am using them with CAT6 23AWG solid copper cable. They're definitely more fiddly than the budget ones but not annoyingly so. That and the price has forced me to knock off a star as at these prices, I'm not sure if it's worth making my own now.

Fantastic connectors fitted 10 on cat 6 23AWG solid core cable. No Problem at all
I picked these connectors because they had the best reviews I could find on Amazon and Kllein tools are usually very good This was the first time I had used my Knipex crimper and the first time I had fitted any ethernet cable connectors and they all went on and crimped well and when tested with my new Network cable tester all 8 lights came on first time every time on all 10 connectors. I think it is important to use good quality tools when trimming the 8 wires so as not to throw up any burrs on the end of the wires that could stop then going through the tiny holes in the plug. I also thing that having a good quality crimper not a cheap and nasty one is also a must when fitting these connectors. I do not understand the bad reviews for these plugs as I was using Cat 6 Solid Core 23AWG cable and they worked fantastically well. I was pleased with the plugs and myself for connecting my three security cameras and making up 3 fly leads and as already stated all connections worked first time.

Fiddly to Insert the Cable Ends but They Provided a Good Connection Every Time.
These fittings are fiddly to line up the cable ends but every connection was successful at my home. I used them with the Klein Tools crimper. Time will tell if this remains to be the case overtime, however many other reviewers have also rated these connectors as being reliable and perhaps the best when compared top cheaper options. I recommend them.

Good quality
I have found these to be excellent - very easy to use, compatible with 24AWG solid copper UTP. Compared to the 5e plugs from Klein, the primary difference appears to be the space at the back of the plug for the cable to fit into - allowing for the larger cable diameters caused by the F/UTP and other variations. Crimping with the Klein tools pass-through crimper is very straightforward. I have had no failed crimps. The pass-through aspect takes the stress out of getting the pairs in order as you can clearly see what you have done before you crimp.

Not sure why some folks have reported problems using these with solid copper AWG23 ethernet cable. I needed to use solid copper & AWG23 for some security cameras (POE) and making a bunch of patch leads. After wiring up 4 cameras and around 10 patch leads, I've never had a single problem or issue with these connectors, they all work perfectly. I'm very pleased with how easy they are to use and the very neat & reliable connections they make. As long as you use the Klein pass-through crimper, and make sure you have around 1.5 inches of untwisted cable (straightened out properly) the wires can be threaded through very easily- just make sure you smooth the wires out carefully and hold them nice & flat & together when you thread them in. I also like the fact that when you've passed the wires through you can spread them out to easily check that you've inserted them correctly before you insert & crimp. Very nice system and easy to use when you know how.

Recomendé 100% A+++

Top. J’ai toujours fais mes fiches moi même avec des prises non passante. C’est le jour et la nuit. Plus besoin de dénuder au mm près. Les 8 brins dépassent et sont coupés bien à fleur de la fiche.

Easy to align the cables and crimp, without the extra hassle to trim cables to same length before crimping.
