This works so well on the our door to keep the cold air.

I purchased this door draft stopper for a bedroom door that lets in a lot of hallway light (and sound). Overall, it does a good job at blocking light and muffling noise when the door is fully closed, and it’s easy to install. You simply cut it to length, slip the foam into the fabric slots, and slide it under the door — installation took just a few minutes. The biggest issue for me is that my door is set slightly higher off the hardwood floor. Because of that, when I open or close the door, the stopper tends to slide under the gap and create some resistance. It’s not unusable, but it is inconvenient. I imagine on a door closer to the floor, this wouldn’t be a problem. As for quality, it’s foam — so it’s not meant to be heavy-duty, but it’s sturdier than I expected. The foam doesn’t tear or crumble easily, and it holds its shape well. This isn’t a security device, but in theory, if someone tried to open the door from the outside, it would add a little resistance since it wedges under the door. For the price, I think it’s a fair buy, especially for doors with less clearance at the bottom. It works well in most situations, and my issue is probably unique to the way my door is built. TL;DR: Easy to install, blocks light and sound effectively, but if your door sits too high above the floor, it may slide under when opening/closing.

It’s a great item for that price it’s exactly as described the Velcro is also lets you adjust the height it’s also bulky but perfect bulky rats don’t come in or mice you folks should invest in one keeps away the cold draft at night

I would not recommend this item. It arrived vacuum sealed, and the instructions said to allow 48 to 72 hours for the product to resume the regular shape, but 5 days later, only one of the tubes partially filled out, and the other one has not changed shape. The instructions had an email address of where to contact if you had any product questions or concerns, and I sent an email, then received an email back in a foreign language, and when I used Google translate, it said that the email was returned because the inbox was full. I returned the item. The first photo shows what they look like fresh out of the vacuum seal, the second photo shows the label that was on the packaging, and the third and fourth photos show what they looked like 5 days later.

Bought this to stop the draft and to reduce noise coming in and out of my apartment. It's just styrofoam, so it doesn't do much for noise but with it covering both sides of the door it does an okay job of stopping the draft. Mostly because it gets kinda wedged and bunched up as you close the door. It's easy to get the right fit because you can cut the stryofoam to size, but the foam seems too small for its own sleeve, leaving a lot of room within the sleeve and that's why it gets bunched up. Most doors (mine included) are 36" wide so odds are you will have to cut it and fold the extra on the velco, bunching it up more.

Easy to install! My room is right next to the side door and was always cold, now during this harsh winter perfect draft blocking! Keeps my heat in! Definitely recommend

Puffs up and expands nicely. Just what I was looking for.

Very low quality, you have to glue together the 3 small sized foams and insert them inside a low-quality fabric to make the two sides of the product. Very poor quality overall. Do not recommend at all!

This was bought as a "stocking stuffer" for a close friend. I recently built a room in her garage that has a 3 degree slant. when open, the end of the door scrapes the floor a little, and when closed has a 1" gap. Unfortunately, we also have a rodent issue in this region, and having that gap was unnerving. This product is perfect for this situation . It insulates, reduces noise, prevents rodents AND works on uneven / un-level flooring. good price and prompt shipping as well.

Bad product zero rating

It stopped the strong draft that would sweep cold air into our unit. It also stopped the whistle sound that. Was produced with other draft products we tried. My only concern is how durable the fabric will be and since it is a smooth silky material I had to use back to back tape to keep it in place. Time will tell how well it will last.
