I wear insoles for fallen arches and find them so expensive, usually about £300 a pair to be specially adapted. But I was needing a new set so found these online and thought I'd try them out. They are so good, I wear them for short times, gardening, in my slippers, in wellington boots even. They are lightweight and so comfy. I still have my others which I use for walking etc, but these are so great for short use and indoors. Plus what a saving. Absolutely brilliant. They give good support to my arches and also slightly lift my heel which is what I need. Others and some expensive shoes lift the arch but the heel area is far too low, so very uncomfortable. These are great and soft to wear.

These insoles perform exactly as described, support, comfort. My knee, hip and lower back pain gone! Well worth the money and the fit was perfect.

Great support but can rub slightly in the arch if worn for long periods of time.

I already used a very similar product, of a different make and was looking for an extra pair, as I need a support in my shoes/slippers etc. I decided to give this particular brand a try, as it looks just like what I had before and I was not disappointed. The size ordered fits perfectly, the insole is very comfortable and does just what I needed it for. I will certainly order more of the same. I recommend this product.

These insoles were recommended to me by a podiatrist after I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. They are really comfy. I prefer a full length insole so I have purchased the full length ones for my shoes and have put these in my slippers.

it is perfect on the left feet , but on the right feet it caused more pains. I used it for 3 days in my long walk but the pains in middle area of my right feet was more and more unbearable that I had to stop using them altogether. The delivery was excellent but unfortunately it was waste of money.

Mehr Halt für die Ferse im Schuh, bessere Führung. Ferse mit der Einlage etwas höher, was mir persönlich gut tut. Der Fuss wird innen mittig unterstützt (Pelotte) , aber nicht übermässig. Für mich gut, hatte keine Schmerzen.

Pessimo prodotto non ammortizza nulla, il tacco è completamente assente, non ci sono gomme assorbenti di alcun genere, tutto il resto è in plastica economica..... È un prodotto pensato per guadagnare da parte di chi lo vende. Sono solo soldi buttati !!!!!

Ho una Fascite plantare con spina calcaneare laterale interna, e dopo settimane che le ho provate non sono adatte al mio problema, cmq è un buon prodotto

Dopo circa due giorni di utilizzo, il plantare apporta i suoi benefici, per quanto ritengo che ogni situazione sia sempre soggettiva. Il plantare calza, a mio avviso, leggermente piccolo, per questo io che calzo 42 ho optato per la misura L e devo dire che va piuttosto bene. Per un ottimale posizionamento all'interno della scarpa, al fine di eliminare un leggero scivolamento in avanti, ho applicato sotto la base del sottile nastro biadesivo, rimovibile facilmente, tanto per garantire una perfetta aderenza alla scarpa. Non saprei dire se l'utilizzo di questo plantare mi risolverà i dolori che avverto al tallone ed alla fascia plantare del piede sinistro, in caso contrario mi rivolgerò ad un ortopedico, perchè si corre anche il rischio che questi rimedi siano inappropriati e finiscano per aggravare, invece di risolvere il problema. Io proverò questi plantari, che per il momento mi alleviano la camminata sentendola più comoda ed ammortizzata, per un breve periodo, e tra un mesetto valuterò... Consegna, effettuata con poste italiane, questa volta stranamente puntuale ..........
