OPTP The Original Stretch Out Strap with Exercise Book, USA-Made Yoga Strap

This is a great tool for muscle recovery. Simple to use. Comfortable strap and stays in place while allowing great movement in stretching. It is strong and can be used by any height or level of flexibility. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to either get a great stretch for recovery or to improve mobility.

This is the one your PT uses. Strong, made well, no loose threads, great stitching, thick, and non-stretching. Perfect for use after ORIF due to trimalleolar fracture on one ankle and avulsion fracture on the other. Bought to use at home in between therapy appointments. Didn't come with mobile app but did come with booklet containing additional exercises. Great product. Highly recommended. Happy customer. Thank you.

This stretching strap has been very helpful during the knee recovery process. It’s easy to use, lightweight, and makes stretching and physical therapy exercises much easier to do at home. The loops are convenient and help with control while stretching. For the price, it’s a great value and definitely worth having during recovery. Highly recommend.

Good quality but in my opinion a design flaw. The label is sewn in the middle so if you need your foot to be in the loop, there is an uneven pull. The exercise I need to do needs the foot in the loop so this is very noticeable to me.

This is the same strap sold by my Physical Therapist, at half the price (and I was told by them to get it on Amazon). It is well made, comes with a handy little booklet of other stretching exercises. I highly recommend it if you need it. Good length so it doesn't matter if you are 5' or 7' tall. Loops are very secure. I didn't realize how versatile it really is until I read through the booklet.

My physical therapist is having me use this at home and in physical therapy for generated disc disease. It's painful but it helps to stretch out the muscles. Jesus loves you. Pray to Jesus.

I bought one of these straps, mainly out of curiosity, but also to support my ongoing "Made In USA" agenda regarding how and where I spend my money. This strap, as innocent as it looks, has for the most part, been added to my yoga routine and my classes at the local rec center, mainly due to the fact that I really don't have to "hold" the strap in the same fashion as I would hold a yoga strap. Instead of having to grab and hold on, as one would do with a conventional strap, this one you just put your hand through the appropriate loop. By putting the hand through the loop up to the wrist, you can then just lightly wrap your hand around the strap, letting the wrist take the brunt of the task of having to "hold on". While this might seem innocent enough, anyone that practices Yin Yoga, will immediately see the benefit of this strap. For me, buying one was not enough. This is my second purchase of this wonderful strap. The strap is so well made that I cannot tell the new one from the old one. My friends see me use this strap and how simple it makes stretching and holding asanas (poses), they are immediately curious of what it is that I am using. Many have never saw one of these unless they are in the occupational health field. I cannot hold this product in any higher esteem. Buy this product. It is made in the United States and is the original, not some cheap knockoff. The price difference is less that that Starbuck's you are sipping on right now.

Love this product! I bought this after asking my physical therapist if they had any that they sell. They were out but she told me that Amazon sells them. Well worth the buy. I’m someone who works out so this assisted stretch band is invaluable to me. Highly recommend.

Great yoga strap.

The Original Stretch Out Strap with Exercise Book by OPTP has made a real difference in my flexibility after struggling with a lower back injury. The strap is comfortable, easy to use, and the exercise book is clear and helpful — even on days when I’m unsure what to do. This is even better than I had hoped! I can tell the strap is well made. The loops offer lots of variation for stretching and it comes with a stretch guide too. This seems like a legit fitness tool and it’s made in the USA. So happy I went with this product vs others I was looking at. To top it off this arrived 5 days sooner than expected. So happy!
