This definitely isn't as sturdy as the all-metal bike bells of my childhood. However, it was easy to install, and it does have the classic bike bell look and sound, so it was still a perfect option for our adult cruiser tricycle bikes. I wanted to buy bike bells for both myself and my husband, so I liked that the seller offered 2-packs at a discounted price vs. buying two separately. I also was very impressed at their variety of options (many colors and both left and right handed designs), even though I personally didn't need anything too specific in those categories. As an unintended "bonus," we accidentally ordered left-handed bells vs. right-handed ones, but that actually turned out to be a blessing in disguise, so I'd honestly do the same thing again on purpose, and this is why: We still mounted them on the right handlebars, but it means that you can pull the lever towards you with your index finger rather than pushing it away from you with your thumb, and that's actually a far more comfortable option. Overall, if you're looking for an affordable basic bike bell, I'd highly recommend these.

This bike bell does exactly what it’s supposed to do and has been a great safety addition to my bike. The sound is loud, crisp, and easy for pedestrians to hear without being annoying. I like that it’s small and doesn’t take up much space on the handlebars. The button is easy to press, even while riding. It feels sturdy and hasn’t loosened during regular use. On the downside, installing it took a bit of adjusting to get the right fit, especially on thicker handlebars. I also wish the finish were more scratch-resistant. Overall, it’s a reliable, affordable bike bell that improves safety and works well for everyday rides.

I have this installed on my mountain bike and it looks nice and doesn't rattle at all. It is very loud. Love the sound it makes. Makes me laugh and is useful if people are in your way on the trails.

I was not expecting exceptional for the price. My expectation was the bell rings. Nice sound like the Bell brand I uses before the plastic part finally broken after about fifteen years. The little lever is snug and doesn't bound back immediately following pressing forward. Considering this is a new bell I'm letting this slide and anticipate with use it'll free up to a more free-flowing ring lever. Saw a few people complain the bell attachment system is too small. Not true. When the screw is undone this little bell easily fits an adult bike. I would recommend screwing the bell only as tight as necessary. It doesn't require a complete wrap with screw tightened. ***If you over tighten you'll break it. On my bike there's a gap of about a half inch and it's holding perfectly. There will be a gap depending on the size of the handlebars. I've got a Schwinn hybrid adult woman's bike and this little bell fits perfectly between the 21 speed shifter on the right side and my Wizard of Oz black mesh mettle basket bracket skipped over the bars for a secure fit. This bell is perfect for the small space were I want it. With occasional use when riding often passing people, geese, or whatever needs a ring ring translated as ”move the hell outta the way or ill run you over” bell notice, I anticipate this bell will last a decade if treated well. Time will tell. I'll return to update if it doesn't fair well and invest in something more expensive and fancy. Or, simply say, honk honk or ding ding riding 😂 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
