This bench is beautiful. Sturdy and exceptionally crafted. Came well packaged and fully assembled. This was perfect for my small entryway. Worth every penny!

I love this bench so much that I was compelled to write a review! We have a small hallway where our garage door is that’s too small for a full on mud room but we needed a place to sit and put our shoes on. I only had 44” of width to work with but wanted something smaller than that so the end closest to the door wouldn’t block the walkway coming inside. I was hesitant to buy this bench because I thought it was going to be too bulky but I loved the look of it so I took a chance. LOVE. IT. It’s very well made, very sturdy, and nicely sanded and stained. It’s perfect! It’s small enough for my 3 year old to use without help but big enough for my husband to sit comfortably on and he’s 6’ tall and 220lbs. I put his size 12 boots in the picture for a size reference. Yes, it’s expensive for a small bench, but you’re definitely getting a quality piece of furniture and not something you’d find in your local bargain store. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this bench! I will likely end up buying another one of these for my daughters room.

I ordered this for my guest bath – it’s the perfect size. It arrived very well packaged, and far sooner than anticipated. I ordered the unfinished one so I could stain it the same color as my cabinets, and I intend to add a few wood appliques to the back and front. This arrived fully assembled, and in great condition. While I will have to do finer sanding, nothing about the unfinished bench could be considered rough, even the interior storage area. It’s a sturdy little bench, doesn’t wobble (although if you have uneven floors you can add adjustable tabs). I’d definitely recommend this bench.

This bench is so beautiful! It is very well made. The wood is gorgeous! It is the perfect color for my living room. I love it!

This bench is very well paid and put together but note it is very small. It would be perfect for a child or just a set to put on shoes.

Great for small spaces. Looks a little plain tho. I like it but definitely think it was overpriced.

We needed a very small bench to fit in the entry of our new home. Choices for small benches are limited, but we could not be happier with this one. It's well crafted in every detail - flawless. It arrives fully assembled. The black color has a rubbed finish where the edges appear "worn" and brown, which I love. The area under the hinged top is deeper than expected and several pairs of kids' shoes fit inside. I also purchased "Achla Designs Scrollwork Rubber Boot Tray, Medium" which fits under the bench with all 4 legs can fit inside. Snowy weather will be a new experience for us. but now we are prepared, in spite of our limited space, with an attractive place to remove shoes, be they little tennies, grandpa's gardening shoes, or wet muddy boots.
