Is the weight of 1.08 pounds for each individual globe? Or the whole pack?

They are glass but very light weight. I don’t think they are quite 1 pound each but close to it.

Yes the bottom is flat, but i used it to hang them along both sides of the walkway with fairy lights in them

No. It’s just the glass. No tea lights come with.
