Best creatine item I've used. The powders upset my stomach but all I get from these tablets are the full benefits with no side effects. I always feel stronger and have more endurance with these. I would definitely recommend to anyone...especially those who are middle aged but still active and want to do "more" all around.

These pills work great. They are a little big and hard to swallow so I would recommend swallowing one at a time. It really doesn’t taste like anything which is great.. I didn’t gain much water weight and my strength went up water recommend

Bought this and it’s less than the dose of the generic store creatine so I can still get what I need out of it!!

Works great. Tablet takes time to dissolve. Better to break in half before ingesting. Harder to swallow, so be careful. In you have swallow issues don’t use.

Good product will but again

Lots of additives in this pill. I’ve tried several other forms of HCL supplements in gummy and pill form, most of which have almost 0 additives. They all work better than monohydrate IMO. I didn’t expect this product to have so many preservatives and additives. Won’t get it again.
