Great product It worked for a heavy sing that I made

I got this a while back and have been trying to tie it by hand. It's a pain, but if you buy crimps and make sure they're crimped down tight, this is nice stuff. fyi 1/16" Aluminum Crimping Loop Sleeves fit this wire perfectly. A normal wire stripper is fine to crimp them for me, but you may want something more specific for the job if you're doing a lot of them.

Wanted something very thin yet strong. This was it. Strung between 2 trees, it has held up fine. We'll see how long the coating lasts and weather it rusts outdoors. Hence only 4 stars now. I'll upgrade to 5 all goes well.

I would not recommend this. I wasted my time and money. The wire does not stay twisted around itself and is very hard to cut straight, making it difficult to thread into the crimp. The crimp does not even feel like metal, it looks and feels to be made of plastic. It's also very difficult to close the crimp around the wire. I have a good set of pliers and am also strong. Despite my efforts, my picture hung for half a day the fell off the wall. I am returning this for a refund. Better to use old fashioned wire that wraps around itself!

I am using this wire to hang a LED 48" wreath above my garage. Now I did not use the included crimping sleeves that came with it, but I just tied a figure-of-8 on a bight to hang the wreath. This is an easy knot to use and the wire is great to make this knot. I did crimp one of the sleeves around the wire and could not budge it afterwards, but I was not supremely confident in this method and I did not want this wreath to fall and have all the wires break since I wired it myself. I would buy this wire again.

I recently had a canvas painting that I had hung with some wire I had laying around. The wire broke and the canvas fell. This thing is heavy but I had twisted the wire together with 5 strands. I ordered this product in hopes that it would be strong enough to hold this painting. When it got here I didn't have any wire cutters so I tried to cut the wire with a knife. It was like the dang thing was indestructible. Grabbed some scissors and tried to cut it and the scissors came apart. Went out and bought some wire cutters the next day and squeezed and squeezed and it took a while to get through the wire but finally got it cut and hung the picture. Pretty positive it won't break. I do kind worry that as tough as the wire is that it might wear through the screw heads though. All in all a great product for a great value.

I was looking for a sturdy hanging solution that would minimize the number of holes I put in the walls. I came across this wire and decided to give it a try. The vinyl coating makes a huge difference, it doesn’t scratch or damage paint on the wall because it’s soft to the touch. It’s strong enough to hang heavy mirror and large canvases. It also looks like it won’t unwind on itself like other wires do because it has the coating. I was able to hang 3 mirrors and a canvas quickly due to being able to attach the wire to the thing I hung up and it was even faster since I only need one nail per item I was hanging.

Not much to shout about, it's picture hanging wire! Having said that, it's a large spool with good quality wire and fixings. The vinyl coating makes it nicer to handle.
