Keeps your onions fresh
These are perfect for storing chopped onions and garlic cloves. Keeps them from drying in the frigid. Perfect size for yellow onions. Made from plastic so not very sustainable, but helps reduce food waste.

Great storage container, no smell leak
Excellent storage for onions. No smell seeps out. Keeps cut onion fresh for longer than a plastic bag. Easy to open. Wish it was dishwasher safe, but can overlook that.

Wouldn't want to be without it
I just ordered one of these for a gift. I purchased the first one in a store after seeing them several times and wondering if I really needed such an item. Well, it's hardly ever not in the refrigerator. I like the locking top and it almost always holds whatever part of a very large onion I have not already used. What's the very best thing about it? That I can find my onion in progress easily in the refrigerator. I don't have to hunt for a small package wrapped in plastic wrap. Of course the top is not flat so you can't put anything on top of it, but it can go on top of something else. I just ordered the Jole Tomato Keeper because I think I will use that just as much as the onion one during tomato season. And that one does have a flatter top, so I can stack the two of them. I use onions fairly quickly, but even if I don't, the onion inside keeps very well.

Unlike some flimsy pods, that require you to squeeze them to open. This one you just unscrew. Works better.

This Joie Onion Fresh Pod keeper is excellent!!! There is absolutely no onion smell coming out from the container once you shut it in and place into the refrigerator!! the onion smells stay locked in and doesn't affect nothing else in the refrigerator, it is great!!!
