I REALLY LOVE THIS BAKING MAT SET. IT FITS THE QUARTER SIZE PANS PERFECTLY. I USE THEM EVERY WEEK WHEN IM COOKING IN THE OVEN OR BAKING. IT MAKES CLEANING UP A BREEZE. ONE DOWN SIDE IS THAT IT COMES IN A SET OF THREE. IF IT CAME IN A SET OF FOUR THEN I WOULD HAVE ENOUGH FOR ALL THE QUARTER PANS I HAVE. THEY ARE SUPER EASY TO STORE. I JUST PUT THEM ON THE PANS AND STORE THEM WITH THE PANS TOGETHER. THEY ARE SUPER DURABLE. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 5 YEARS AND HAVE NOT HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM YET. THERE IS NO SMELL WHEN BAKING WHICH IS PERFECT. IT ALSO PREVENTS YOUR COOKIES FROM BEING ALL GREASY ON THE BOTTOM. NOTHING ABOUT THESE MATS EFFECT THE TASTE. THEY ARE A GREAT ADDITION TO ANYONES KITCHEN

The Kitzini Macaron Silicone Baking Mats are great! I've had Kitzini baking mats in the past, without the markings for cookies, and they were great. Recently I ordered silicone baking mats from other brands and have been disappointed by their thinness. I use silicone baking mats almost every day to roll out flatbreads or dough for pies and galettes. These are like the ones I bought from Kitzini several years ago and the quality is still excellent. Dough doesn't stick to them (I use a light dusting of flour) and they're easy to wash and dry. I'm relieved that I can depend on the great quality of this brand's baking mats. I won't bother trying other brands anymore, since these are the best I've tried and they're priced competitively as well. Thank you for coming through for me again.

Not sure what people are complaining about. I got a set of these for my fiancée for Christmas since she has always wanted them and loves to bake. She has baked several batches of a variety of cookies on these and they have worked amazingly every time. No hassle with parchment paper, easily reusable, easy to clean, easy to store. We have had zero issues with chemical odors or melting after several rotations through the oven baking large batches of baked goods. They’ve made baking so much easier she’s considering starting a small side business selling the things she loves to bake. On top of all of that, as soon as they were delivered, someone reached out to me to make sure that we were satisfied with the purchase. That is the only time I have ever seen a seller on Amazon be so proactive. And it’s doubly impressive since it was in the middle of the pandemic holidays online buying rush. There are few products or businesses I would legitimately give high praise to like this. This is one of them. Not sure how others are experiencing problems. At my old job we used to blame “Opee”, operator error.

I read quite a few reviews on silicone baking mats and opted to purchase this product. In looking at the prices, I figured that buying 4 would give me more bang for the buck, but I was a little wary based on the reviews. I went for it and hoped for the best. The mats arrived on Saturday and was put to immediate use after an initial washing. Overall, the mat performed better than expected, since we always prepare for the worst and hope for the best. We baked broccoli and carrots initially which came out amazing. There was no smoke or odd taste to the vegetables after cooking and the clean-up was a breeze. For the next test, we baked chicken wings and same results...great tasting wings with a good crisp to them. Next up was some keto-friendly nachos which consisted of cheese with turkey bacon and topped with more cheese directly on the silicone mat which baked at 390 degrees. Great results, melted cheese with no sticking and easy clean-up. Since these were supposed to be rated to 450 degrees, we opted for parchment paper to crisp up the nachos under the broiler. All being told, we are ecstatic to have these silicone mats for baking and couldn't be happier so far. Next tests to come is baking cookies, but I would recommend these mats so far so 4 stars for now since I have a limited test sample size.

I've used silicone baking mats for a number of years and love them. For Christmas this year, I wanted to buy some for several friends and did a little research and found the Kitzini with excellent reviews so I bought some for the friends... and some for me! I LOVE them. They are little heavier than the original ones I purchased many years ago and I like that fact. These clean up very easily after cooking bierocks (which oozed onto them), cookies and schnetka (which oozed butter and cinnamon sugar). Everything I cooked on them could have easily stuck to just about anything else, but nothing stuck to these, the bottoms browned beautifully and clean up was super easy. Love them and highly recommend them! And in case you are new to storing silicone baking sheets, the best way I've found is to roll them around my rolling pin and store them in the drawer where my other baking utensils live.

We have had these mats since 2018. I am writing this review in 2026. They have held up through regular use in the oven, in the fridge, and in the freezer. Cookies, candies, chocolate covered strawberries, frozen diced pepper and onion mixes, etc. Cleaning them is simple, just a little soap and hot water and anything stuck comes right off.

After a couple of months of using all three, I'm super satisfied. As in the past in a different household I needed to cut them down to fit a certain pan and they are very easy to cut with regular kitchen shears.

I was tired of the waste we were producing using disposable baking sheets for heating up breakfast rolls, Brezeln, chicken nuggets etc. I didn’t want to try another cheap supermarket version which are paper thin and flimsy and scratch so easily, which is so dangerous with their Teflon PFAS coatings, so had to find something without Teflon. And then I found these! They’re great! Easy to clean, just the right size, and the colour coding helps us keep them for separate usages. Definitely recommend!

Dank der Platzierungszeichen kann der Teig leicht portioniert werden. Hitzebeständig und schnell mit einem Reinigungslappen und etwas Spülmittel zu säubern.

Verwende es gerne als Unterlage auf Blech oder Gitter im Ofen dafür ist es perfekt geeignet. Leicht zu reinigen! Hatte schon andere Untelagen und die wurden immer wieder braun ab 200 Grad diese sind auch für 200 Grad geeignet!

Es la mejor compra que he hecho últimamente. Tengo un horno de sobremesa y el papel de horno que se suele vender es demasiado grande, por lo que siempre tenía que recortarlo para ajustarlo al tamaño de mi horno. Compré el tamaño pequeño de una cuarta y le va perfecto, incluso se pueden poner dos de forma vertical para cubrir la rejilla completamente. Al ser de silicona no se pega nada y es muy fácil de limpiar. Sin duda repetiré cuando tenga un horno de mayor tamaño.
