It works well, but make sure to apply very carefully
It does what I wanted to do, which was the block the narrow slits on my doors that bugs were getting in through, and the insulation is a bonus. Just make sure to apply the tape very carefully, since if you have to redo it, like I did, it will strip the paint off of your door or walls.

Perfect for my application. Used the weather stripping around the vent covers made for exterior vent openings around the home.

A gooey mess!
Adhesive everywhere! It's stuck to the release paper, my hands, my clothes, everything. I don't know if the package got hot in transport or what happened. But this stuff is worthless.

I have tried three different types and so far this sticks really well. Though our door came with some weather stripping, the frame still leaves enough space for scorpions and dirt to come in. After one day, no small scorpions. Waiting for a dust storm to see how effective it is. Just by the holding power, I am giving 5 stars where the others were always falling off.
