Open House Audio CD – Unabridged

Call me shallow, but when I order a book I expect it to have the cover pictured. I am sure the book will be fun because this author is HILARIOUS but it will never sit next to her other books on the shelf because it was a completely different cover with different art design... =( darn

While I enjoyed this book, I didn't really relate to the main character like I do in most Jill Mansell books. I found the storyline a little far fetched. Still worth a read - I just liked some of Jill Mansell's other books more.

A wonderful update of the Cinderella story, with a poignant twist regarding an old love that adds just the right touch of variation on the theme. One of the things that I really like about Ms. Mansell's novels is that her secondary characters are generally just as interesting as the hero and heroine - and she lets the over-40 set have love lives and happily-ever-afters along with the youngsters. Bravo!

very good reading but a bit slow in places,quite predictable story and ending but good for a relaxing read wont tax the brain too much.Lady Docker.

Enjoyable (if predictable) reading with charming characters and a pretty setting in the Cotswolds. Good romance for a holiday or escape...

I did like this one but not one of her very best. Was entertaining and love the diverse characters. I read all her books.

A great holiday read, the story flows really well so you don't have to think to hard.

The is in good condition and as always arrived early. I love Jill Mansell books. It was a very cute story.

I won't go into the plot and characters I'll leave that to you Me rabbiting on can spoil a really good readbut sorry Jill the reason I found it the best so far is that it isn't all about CornwallAfter loads of Jill's books I was getting a teen-weeny bit tired of Cornwall.If you're a Mansell fan you'll love it and maybe one day she'll write about what Jemima did next .Read it to see if you agree

I really enjoyed this book of Jill's. She manages so many twists & turns, plus plenty of surprises. Loved it

I love this author but this book wasn't one of her best.

Loved every moment of this book. How Jill Mansell thinks of all her plots l just don't know she is a real storyteller. Thank you.
