The only way to describe the smell coming off of these sheets is if somebody tried to reproduce the scent of a week old corpse in that’s been sitting in the summer heat doused in horse urine. I’ve washed them twice in hot water with another set of sheets (poor judgement on my part) and soaked in them for 2 hours in hot water with baking soda, vinegar, and dish soap. The smell remains and both sets of sheets are now unusable. I’m out of ideas... hopefully letting them air out a bit will help but I’m running low on optimism at this point. These are cute but I’d definitely skip this brand.

I wish I had read the other review that said these sheets had a horrible smell. Mine did too! I aired them out and washed and dried them and the smell was so horrible that I threw them away. I couldn't use them for the company I was expecting at the holidays, and couldn't return because I had already thrown out the packaging, which I thought was the root of the smell (it wasn't). The variety I ordered was the leaf pattern. It's a shame because they were really nice looking and soft. I'd be happy to take down this review if I could get a refund on this awful product. Super disappointing.

So first, I want to start off by saying that this is my first product review. I don’t do product reviews but I just had to for this one!!! Second, I would have given this product (which I bought 2 of) a 5 stars because I love the material and how soft it is. It seems like it would be very comfortable and it was affordable/reasonable priced. However I have given this product a 1 star rating because I received this product yesterday and when I received it, I noticed the box had a stench that I can’t even described. So I figured it’s probably just the box (which was dry and not soiled in any way, shape or form), but when I opened the box the stench was much worse mind you these 2 sheet sets were individually wrapped within gray plastic wrap and their individual zipper packages. I said that to say whatever that awful smell was it was throughout the package. It seems as though either the place where they were made or packaged was where the stench came from. It stunk up my house. I had to wash both sheet sets 3 times to try to get the stench and it is still not gone. I don’t know how to describe the smell other than WTF. This was a terrible experience for me. So this is why this product gets 1 star. Nothing that you buy new should never smell especially not like that.

I really wanted to love these sheets. They are super soft & the print is beautiful. Out of the package they smelt awful. I aired them out in the garage & had to put them outside a day later because the smell (like gasoline) was horrible. After 7 days outside & 5 times in the washing machine they smell only a little better. It's a shame because they washed nicely. No fading or pilling. They still stink & I can not put them on the bed yet.

I had gotten a set of the Caribbean Joe Flamingo sheets for Christmas and was instantly smitten! They are the softest sheets I have ever felt (I have always paid a lot of the high thread counts). For the price of these sheets you can't go wrong. We replaced all the sets of sheets we had with these. I have tried another brand of the micro-fiber "ultra soft" and they were definitely not like the Caribbean Joe sheets. I wish there were more pattern in these because there are only 4 patterns I have seen, then the solid color ones. We like printed and cheerful. I would highly recommend these, they are wonderful and wash really well with no wrinkles!! Love them!

Bought this and didn’t take it out the package until a month after. When I did my entire house smelled like dead rat. This product smelled like it was in a Bathtub with a dozen dead rats. I kept it outside the package to “air it out” hence, why my house smelled like dead rat. I placed in amongst the dirty clothes to wash it to see if it would go away and nope. All the dirty clothes then had the same smell and after washing it the smell remains. This is disgusting. I should have listened to my husband and simply returned it. This is not cool. I’m beyond disappointed.

I just received these sheets, and I love them! I was hesitant to buy them because of other reviewers who mentioned awful smells, but I decided to do so anyways and I'm glad I did. It honestly smelled like absolutely nothing when it came in, at most it had a very faint cardboard smell from the support in the package, which is gone after washing it. The sheets are surprisingly soft and feel really nice, and the pattern color is true to the picture and vibrant as well. I feel like I got a really good deal for the price, considering they feel just as good if not a bit better than my current sheets which my mother bought for $45. I was also worried about how it would fit since my bed is kind of deep (it's only 12" deep about but many sheet sets don't fit anyway) but it fits perfectly! Now I just need to finish sewing my flower quilt and my bed will be complete!

I have several sets of these sheets with sea patterns on them, I have used many different brands of 1500 count high dollar sheet in the past trying to find soft sheets that don’t wrinkle up in a ball with no luck. After sleeping on these sheets1 night at a friends I decided to try them on my own bed & after a several weeks & many washings they are just as soft, unwrinkled, & no pill balls As the first time I slept on them. I now have these sheets on all my beds and recommend them highly to others.

The sheets are made of 100% polyester. Microfiber does nothing...its only smooth, not soft. Feels like one is sleeping on a thin shower curtain.Might be good for those who sweat a lot at night, as it does wick away the moisture, however, lying on the damn thing makes one feel so hot that you can't help but sweat. Completely counterproductive. Would not recommend at all, for summer or winter.Pattern looks good, seems like it will stay for long, but sheets themselves are not efficient for sleeping.

I could not believe the quality of the fabric - not thin and gauzy and the softest sheets I have ever bought. After sleeping on these sheets for one night I ordered another set. They are a generous fit, so no tugging and pulling to put them on and the pattern is pretty and fresh looking.

Go on easy, have good elastics that go under the mattress in the corners so it doesn't slip off, very soft, the colours are nice a vibrant, super soft. I've washed many times and they are still just as nice as the day they arrived.

La compré para mi hija porque le encantan las piñas! Pero el tamaño Queen resultó ser tamaño Matrimonial y la cama de mi hija es mucho más GRANDE así que... Se puso triste porque le quedaron pequeñas y tuve que ponérsela a mi cama que si le quedó... Avísenme si tienen MÁS GRANDES 🙏 Mi hija quiere unas para su cama por favoooorrrr!!!

Bought this set for my 8 year old sons bed. I was shocked by how soft the material is and will be finding a set for all the other beds in our home. Have washed the set many times and no issues with loose threads or bleeding dye.
