CROING Adjustable Slant Board

Great for stretching your calves if you're a runner! I leave mine in the bathroom and step on it for 3 minutes a day. Have now made it up a level. I think more runners should know about this product!

Easy to use almost anywhere and really does stretch those tight parts, results were noticeable after only a few days.

Great item, easy to use

It seems alright, but even the lowest setting is too much for me. I’ll have to carry on with a few books under a board until I can tackle this! Suitably humbled by all the reviewers who can use it.

It does help stretch your calfs easily

Love this product. Was advised to get this from a personal trainer to help build my knees support muscles up. Great little device that helps get to the stop!

Reasonable quality and different angles to accommodate a range of flexibility. Unfortunately it has one major flaw, the heel support isn't high enough. On anything all but the lowest incline my heels lift above the support slide over it which requires continual adjustment of my feet. If this device had been tested fully this flaw would have become evident and the heel support extended by 2cm.

It does the job for the price you pay. It is quite uncomfortable and difficult to stand on - it would be better to have a few smaller options to train up your muscles and loosen them over time as opposed to risking over stretching

Für Übungen zum Stretchen und Dehnen auch für mich als Schwergewicht von der Verarbeitung her vertrauensvoll zu verwenden. Empfehlenswert !

Habe es als Alternative zu den Knierettern von Liebscher u. Bracht gekauft, weil es wesentlich günstiger ist. Es ist zwar aus Kunststoff, aber stabil. Durch das zusammen klappen nimmt es wenig Platz weg.

Stabil, lässt sich leicht einstellen.Preisgünstig. Farbe hellgrün ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Empfehlenswert

Bügel zum verstellen fällt immer wieder raus, Plastik ist schon abgebrochen. Gummifüsse gehen immer ab.
