Excellent little kit for those not so excellent moments.

For the self surgeon or home medic this is a great buy. Cheap, quality, packed full of useful stuff. I had a pretty big slice on my hand (cutting cardboard with utility knife) and with one hand was able to suture it right up. It healed nice. For those just in case times when you don't want to use the ER you can take care of a problem yourself. Saves money and time waiting in an ER room.

Bought for my first aid kit I'm putting together. Yes, I would use it if I had to. If you live in the middle of nowhere, how are you getting to a doctor? Or if this world goes to he double toothpicks, you have something to use to close your wound when there are no more hospitals or doctors. Good for extreme emergencies only, I think. I just want to be prepared.

Recommend. Comes in a nice zipper case. Everything is there. Haven’t used the product as it is in a SHFT emergency med bag.
